Range Rover went into Restricted Mode. Called them at 4.15, they said get it there by 5 which I just managed, and they investigated and cleared the fault. Got me back on the road. Excellent service - most grateful

I have not service or bought a car from this site, however I had an issue with my car and they let me borrow some tools. Staff was friendly and understanding!

We recently had work carried out on our van by another garage, after having the van back, the few days following we had a coolant low warning, after topping this up and moving on we were travelling on a dual carriageway when we experienced a complete loss of power and could hear that the turbo was no longer active, when it was safe to stop we opened the engine bay and noticed the intercooler pipe was no longer attached, we didn’t have the tool needed to secure with us but luckily there was a nearby garage (Bourton Land Rover) despite the fact that it was nearly 5pm on a Friday afternoon we thought it was worth asking if they could help us out in a pinch, they not only secured the pipe back into place but also noticed several hoses to and from the coolant reservoir had not been secured correctly with hose clips (which explains our coolant loss issue) to top it all off the friendly garage owner from Bourton Land Rover did not even charge us a penny for their assistance. I would highly recommend this business, they are decent, honest and professional technicians with a friendly and welcoming attitude! Thank you Bourton Land Rover!
