Impressed with their friendly and efficient service. I rang them to see if they could fix my tyre, which had a screw in it. They said they were busy all day, but if I brought it down in an hours time, they would fit the repair in - which they did, and half an hour later, it was done ! The repair was a reasonable price, too. I can definitely recommend them.

Took my car into Rich for its annual service this morning, first time visiting, and he was absolutely spot on. Loaned me a courtesy car while he worked on mine, completed the service very quickly and even took time to fix my number plate which was coming off. Rich provided a very professional and knowledgeable service. Very happy with the cost of the service as it was significantly more reasonable than all the other quotes I'd been given. Being new to the area, he even took the time to recommend some great places for me to visit in Dorset which was very much appreciated. This was my first time using Hamilton Auto Tech Ltd but it certainly won't be the last. Richard and his team went above and beyond regarding my vehicles repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my VW Polo and regularly updated me with quotes prior to carrying out any of the work. He repaired my car in a timely manner using genuine VW parts and it cost less than 70% quoted by the main dealer. I was recommended Richard from a friend and I am now glad I have found a mechanic I can trust 100%. If you are searching the internet for vehicle repairs then please look no further. Always first class diagnostics and service. I have been using Hamilton Auto Tech for 7 years now for servicing my Mercedes and for one off issues and would highly recommend. Richard has great knowledge of Mercedes and is also very fair to his customers- he pointed me to the main dealer for a latent defect repair that Mercedes had to fund when I had no idea, saving me over £1500.

A warranty that actually works Few months back got a full set of Nexen tyres but unfortunately got a screw and puncture in one. The staff inspected and confirmed that the tyre could be changed free under warranty as couldn't be safely repaired. Nexen tyres are not only good value tyres they come with an excellent lifetime guarantee.

I have been using the company for a number of years. Great blokes, professional, polite, friendly and honest. I pop in regularly to get my tyre pressures checked, they are always happy to accommodate , nothing is too much trouble and they don’t charge. They are helpful and provide advice should you need it. I recently had an MOT and service. They provided a quick service at sensible prices. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great service.

Wimborne MOT were the only garage that could fit my car in for an MOT this week. I haven’t used them before. However all other car garages I’ve used previously never seem to call to let you know a pass/fail or any work…I have to call them and chase up at the end of the day. Wimborne MOT communication was fantastic and they kept me in the loop with phone calls. Even letting me know the cost before I agree to the work (which has never happened at other garages!) car was fixed and MOT promptly. Wimborne MOT are a lifesaver! We are from Leeds and were travelling down to the ferry port in Poole to catch a ferry to France with our Ford Transit Campervan. We had an issue on the way down meaning we kept loosing power. We managed to arrive in Poole and had no luck with any garage that could fit us in quickly. We called Wimborne MOT and explained our situation that we were meant to catch the ferry and that we aren’t local, they fit us in the next day for a diagnostic which turned out to be our turbo. They quickly fixed it for us within the week and made arrangements to help us out since we weren’t from the area! They are truly a lifesaver and we can’t thank them enough! Jamie did an amazing job respraying the whole roof on my 2022 Honda Jazz. I’m sure the required ‘Four stage pearlescent paint’ was a challenge but Jamie nailed it. Went to Revtech to see if they could replace the same day my drivers side wing mirror as it fell off the evening before and at the same time repair the drivers side front fog light. They managed to get the parts and fit the same day. Very good service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend them to others.

Having just moved down to the area, a friend recommended this garage to me. My car was making an awful creaking noise from underneath, it felt like the bottom of the car was going to fall out! They found the problem, and although they were really booked up they managed to squeeze me in as I have to take my mum for hospital appointments. The problem was the bushes 🤔 and brake pads and discs. They’ve done a fantastic job and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Tim was exceptional. They even came out to pick me up and take me to the garage to collect my car. What a find to! To move somewhere new and get a recommendation for a fantastic, honest garage is amazing. I cannot rate this garage highly enough. They went over and above to help us out when the clutch went on our car and we needed it repaired to tow our caravan back home 3 days later. I messaged them from our caravan and even though the owner was away in Spain, he contacted me back and emailed his workshop to arrange for them to call me. A lovely young lady called Hayley contacted me just after 8am the following morning. She was very empathetic to our situation and managed to rejig to fit us in, in time for us to get home. Every other garage we had called could not fit us in for at least the next 2 weeks. This garage pulled out all the stops to help us out massively and we will always be very grateful for what you did to help us. If we lived closer we would use you every time. It’s always tricky finding a garage able to do Class 7 MOTs so it was great to find a local garage to my current location that was able to do so. MOT was booked in for 1:50pm and I arrived 5 minutes early. The vehicle was taken into the testing area on schedule and all was done within 40 minutes. Great efficient service for anyone needing an MOT. As my vehicle passed, I can’t comment on other services. Staff seemed really friendly.

I sent my Freelander 2 to Isaacs Garage for an annual service and tyre rotation. What a lovely, honest and genuinely nice chap. He opened up early so that I could drop my car off before going to work, and the bill was a very reasonable price. Nice to find a garage like this, I would recommend.
