Jon Rowe’s team are friendly and super helpful!! Managed to see my car at a minutes notice, to check the possibility of a serious fault. Whilst the fault wasn’t something that could be diagnosed at the time, the responsiveness of the team was greatly appreciated. Especially since I’m not from the area, and just here for a few days on holiday. Highly recommend this garage to everyone !

What an amazing, friendly garage. We were on our way to stay at Haven Littlesea when we noticed a grinding noise coming from the rear of the car. We gave this garage a call, explained the problem & were told to drop by en route to the park so they could take a look. Upon arrival at the garage the lady in reception was very friendly, polite & helpful. She promptly called Jon over to take a look - again he was also very friendly, polite, helpful and very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Told us to go & check in at Haven unload the car and drop it back to him. A few hours later we received a phonecall to say it was completed - this was a Friday evening aswell. We then collected the car the following morning. We were very grateful we could collect the car so soon as it had no impact on our holiday at all. The price was also very reasonable aswell. We can not thank Jon & receptionist enough. What an amazing service. Thankyou again so much!

Absolutely fantastic service, check engine light came on Thursday lunchtime, popped in to Autocare to see if they could help as we had to drive back to Bath the next morning with our Grandchildren and wanted to make sure the car was safe. They plugged it in, found the problem, ordered the parts and had us back on the road by 10.30 the next morning, when the parts arrived. Friendly, helpful, fantastic service, couldn't recommend them highly enough, Five star service.

So so happy to find this friendly efficient garage. Just went in for an MOT and they went above and beyond, doing a small repair without charge as well as a timely MOT and with a clear explanation of an advisory. I will be back for sure and recommend them highly....As a woman on my own I often come across misogynistic tradesmen (sad but so true) but no chance of that with these guys. Best garage I’ve ever used. Ive always found it hard to find a honest garage. I’ve had my car done here several times recently. Such friendly, trustworthy staff and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else from now on. They really look after your car whilst it’s there and the customer service is outstanding.

Great service and well priced. I have had an issue with my van for a few months now and had several garages look at the issue, but it was never fixed. I took it to this garage and they found the problem within minutes and replaced the defective part within hours. The price was very competitive and most of all the van now works perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

Take my car here for routine servicing and MOT. Just had an unexpected issue which, when I phoned Chris, he suspected was my brakes. He got my car booked in really quickly (despite being busy with other vehicles too) found and fixed the problem all within 24 hours. As a female who knows little about cars he is reassuring but not patronising, explains what is needed, why, and the cost. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The only garage where the staff actually listen to the customer! Thank you for 5* service, I would give you more stars if I could. I have had a problem with my car for 2 years and every garage I have taken it too has said there was no issues. MOT stop actually took my car out themselves instead of relying on machines to tell them otherwise and found it to be dangerous to drive. This issue was rectified with a couple of days. Have used MOT Stop many times now for both MOTs and general work required on my vehicle. The quality of service supplied, knowledge and professionalism of the mechanics and time to deliver is top tier. Nigel specifically was excellent when I used them recently to sort out an MOT and list of snags with my car. Provided a detailed quote up front and went above and beyond to complete what I needed around time constraints on my end.

Fantastic service from Nigel and Andy. I had a damaged slam panel replaced, followed by an MOT for £200 less than quotes elsewhere. Also advised that an expansion tank that I thought had been changed, hadn't. Great friendly garage, highly recommended and my Go To place from now on.
