Very good value car service/MOT workshop. First class advice and assistance. Certainly helpful and polite. Today was little less good as there was an issue with the card machine (and apparently no alternative way of paying) resolved fairly quickly.

Rang up at 1pm, gave me an appointment on the same day at 4 pm. Very friendly staff, amazing how clean the toilets were lol. Very professional and changed both tyres. Excellent in every way. Also, the support charity work. It's help that they work with mobility schemes.

Great bunch of guys. Steve at reception was lovely and happy to help. Called this morning and fit me in the same day. Really looked after me, will be coming here from now on. 5 stars!

Popped down to Kwik Fit Weymouth, they are always extremely busy there but always happy to help. Had an emergency puncture, literally flat on the rim, they said don’t worry we won’t leave you stranded but can you bear with us, they came out and did the job for me..now that’s a first class service Cannot fault the service, highly recommended!

Wonderful service from Bascombe Motors! I needed an urgent repair to my brakes. When I telephoned, the service receptionist told me they couldn't fit me in for nearly two weeks! After he had a brief chat with Nathan, he said to take my car to the garage immediately for them to assess. On arrival, the problem was quickly diagnosed and I was informed what work was necessary. They said to leave the car and they would get it done in the next day or two. Unfortunately, I had to have the car that evening, so couldn't leave it. Another brief chat with Nathan and I was told to leave the car and they would get it done that afternoon. Less than four hours later I was back at Bascombe Motors collecting my repaired car! I imported a car and the garage carried out the necessary work to get it through the MoT, as well as replacing components that were shot, but not pertinent for the MoT, as well as an engine service. The mechanic took photos of the work as it was carried out and subsequently sent them to me. Highly recommend this garage and its staff.

I had my car serviced and MOTd here in January....costs were very reasonable and Shawn collected my car and delivered it back as this 77 year old woman , new to Weymouth, didn't have a clue where the garage was! Today I was unable to open the bonnet, no problem, bring it over and we'll have a look...so with Sat navs help I took it over and Shawn and his apprentice had it open and rectified the problem also replaced 2 clips on my plastic wheel arch....all within half an hour and at no charge!! What superb service from the friendly, helpful staff...not forgetting the secretary in the office!! Thank you all I highly recommend this garage!

After an MOT fail I thought there was far too much welding to do and it would be beyond repair, but in no time at all the welding was done, a fog light replaced, and after a quick MOT retest we are back on the road! The prompt service I received was exceptional. The whole team are kind, knowledgeable and obviously have a wealth of experience. The cost was a surprise to me, it was very reasonable. Had my car MOT'S here. Was very impressed with the expertise provided and care taken to explain all my options. As previous reviews had said they may not be the cheapest garage but they are worth the extra for a thorough and professional job.

I've used Bartlett's for a number of years and what sets them apart is that I trust them. They have sorted the most complex problems and try to do it in the most cost effective way. It doesn't mean they're 'low cost', but you know it's a job done well.

Have used Bartlett's for a few years now with a couple of different vehicles. Always really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. To be fair, if I want the job done right and to a high standard I will always use them. The only garage I trust 100%.

Was towed here by the RAC. Whilst on my holibobs. The part was ordered before the car got there as the RAC had diagnosed the problem beforehand. The next day it was fitted. And we were on the road again. Thank you so much.

While on holiday in the area, I unfortunately got the dreaded flashing oil light symbol so phoned around local Vauxhall dealers to get a diagnostic check done without success. I had been told by three dealers that they were taking bookings 1-2 weeks ahead. Fortunately the dealer in Weymouth recommended CMS and they were extremely accommodating and were able to fit me in 2 days from my first contact with them. The diagnostic check was carried out and unfortunately didn’t show up any faults but Sean fairly confidently suggested the issue was probably due to a faulty oil pressure sensor and apologetically quoted me a price for a replacement sensor with labour and oil but was not at all pushy. Quite the opposite in fact so I asked if he could fit me in before returning home and again he was really helpful and booked me in. When I collected my vehicle, Sean explained that the sensor cost much less than anticipated and I was extremely happy with the overall price I paid which was significantly less than I was anticipating. So one very happy customer and no more flashing oil light. I am very happy to recommend CMS Weymouth.

When we broke down in our RR Evoque, the RAC man led us here at about 1.00pm for repair. We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and needed to be back that evening for visitors arriving from the USA! Even though they were booked up for the next week and were turning people away (heard them on the phone) , they really went the extra mile and, after a problematic repair involving ringing round for spare parts, got us on the road so that we were home in time for our visitors.! Other places may have told us it would be tomorrow/ next week. So grateful for the help at a very fraught time. You deserve to do well. Couldn't ask for better service Will come to you in future if in Weymouth, Rose and Chris.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this extraordinary workshop, where I was served promptly and professionally. My issue wasn't major—I was only missing two screws from the muffler—but a young man named Leon (I hope I'm not mistaken) was incredibly helpful and resolved my problem in just 15 minutes. The real challenge was that I was 200 miles away from home, and it wasn't safe to drive such a long distance with the car making all sorts of noises and rattling underneath. Accidentally killed my battery near ASDA sat in my car doing paperwork. I walked down to Marsh Road Garage and asked if there was a chance of a jump start. He came right out ran a diagnostic test on my battery, jump started it and then confirmed that it was charging. I took out my wallet and asked how much that was. He said don't worry about it, he was passing by anyway. Absolute saint.

Can't fault Marsh Road. They helped my daughter out of a very sticky situation with recovery after the insurance Co left her high and dry at 5am. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Incredibly reasonable prices and great service. Thank you. X
