Olly and the team serviced and MOT’d my car today and I was exceptionally happy with how easy it was to book, the customer care i received, and the care of my car. I would recommend maiden castle service station, by far the best and easiest garage I've ever dealt with!

Great service and well priced. I have had an issue with my van for a few months now and had several garages look at the issue, but it was never fixed. I took it to this garage and they found the problem within minutes and replaced the defective part within hours. The price was very competitive and most of all the van now works perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

I don’t usually do reviews but I was so impressed I felt like one was needed here. Put my car in to Olly and the team when it was down on power and engine light on in the dash. Very quickly found a boost leak in the engine bay. Car was in for a few days as they found a snapped bolt and simply the amount of stuff then needed to come out to get to it. Was very impressed with communication with updates on how the job was going explaining what was happening. Olly and the team did a very professional job and my car was returned to me good as new. Really happy with the service and will defiantly be taking it back for servicing and any other work that it might need. Happy days 👍

Absolutely fantastic service, check engine light came on Thursday lunchtime, popped in to Autocare to see if they could help as we had to drive back to Bath the next morning with our Grandchildren and wanted to make sure the car was safe. They plugged it in, found the problem, ordered the parts and had us back on the road by 10.30 the next morning, when the parts arrived. Friendly, helpful, fantastic service, couldn't recommend them highly enough, Five star service.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I pulled in as a bulb had gone on my vehicle- I'd just arrived in the area for a holiday- and the man found and fitted a bulb for me immediately, no drama, no fuss.... no charge!! Could not have received better service. Thankyou so much

They are very professionals, and very sensible workshop, diagnostic, repair and costs are very very reasonable i would say rather cheap. Mark Auto is very very honest business i can see, He arranged car to be recovered, looked into it, arranged parts fixed it without wasting any time or been complicated. They gave me estimate and Job done. I was very much impressed with the way they charged me with utmost honesty, if this would have been any other gerage they could have said anything, i was sitting over a 120 miles away. They said exactly what i was expecting and they cost of repair was exactly what i was expecting. I would say he has given me very decent discount for being in trade. I would say they are very honest and very professional people. Mark and the Lady are Gems in this area. This is a feedback from a car dealer who is in this trade for over 25 years and deal with characters up and down the country. Five star Guys.

Only been in for an MOT so far after moving into the area. However first impressions (and after all that's what matters) is that it is a proper garage with people that know their stuff, aren't out to try and 'upsell' extras and repairs etc and are happy to chat about what was found etc. Definitely going to be the garage I head back to without a doubt for anything I can't sort/do and all my future MOTs

Just went in for an MOT and they went above and beyond, doing a small repair without charge as well as a timely MOT and with a clear explanation of an advisory. I will be back for sure and recommend them highly....As a woman on my own I often come across misogynistic tradesmen (sad but so true) but no chance of that with these guys. Take my car here for routine servicing and MOT. Just had an unexpected issue which, when I phoned Chris, he suspected was my brakes. He got my car booked in really quickly (despite being busy with other vehicles too) found and fixed the problem all within 24 hours. As a female who knows little about cars he is reassuring but not patronising, explains what is needed, why, and the cost. Highly recommend. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service from Nigel and Andy. I had a damaged slam panel replaced, followed by an MOT for £200 less than quotes elsewhere. Also advised that an expansion tank that I thought had been changed, hadn't. Great friendly garage, highly recommended and my Go To place from now on.
