Always a good experience, as a female with relatively little knowledge of cars they never take advantage like some of my previous experiences at other garages. The new receptionist is a great asset to the team, friendly and happy to try and help. My car failed it's MOT but after I explained my circumstances they have added me to a last minute cancellation list. Would highly recommend!

Such a lovely honest garage. 3 years I have taken my van there for its Mot, three years it has passed. 2 advisories over that time and they never pushed them doing the work, honest and said brakes were fine for a few thousand miles but will want doing before the next MOT. Highly recommended

I just wanted to thank the guys at Lovell and Barnes for your excellent work . We were on holiday in Corfe a couple of weeks ago when the clutch went ion our Passat . I phoned several garages for help with no luck . Lovell snd Barnes were really sympathetic and juggled their work to fit us in . They. also collected me and picked me up when the work was done. This could have ruined the holiday but they came to our aid and did their best. to minimise the repair costs . Having recently moved to the area i was recommended Ian by a neighbour of mine as my exhaust was very noisy and had lost power from the engine, having had bad experiences in the past I was very hesitant with using a new mechanic as for years I have continued to use my existing mechanic (30 miles) away. However I have to say I was more than happy with my experience, Ian was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the extent of the problem and had the parts ordered and fitted very speedily, Kelly in the office also had a great telephone manor and gave great customer service, even offering to drop the car back to me. I am always for supporting local business rather than national corporate companies so am glad I wasn’t let down, keep up the good work Dave

I cannot recommend Mike enough, he always does a phenomenal job. He recently replaced my cutch and pedal box after recovering my car, all at an amazing price!! My only port of call when I need a mechanic.

Paul and his team have looked after my car for over 10 years, in that time the level of service has consistently been of the highest standard, professional and friendly. Paul has carried out a variety of work on my car, from run of the mill servicing and maintenance to a complete engine replacement and turbo recondition. MVT have kept my car on the road and in as new condition. I cannot recommend MVT enough. They always go the extra mile. In a world focused on profit and cutting corners it's a delight to find a garage where pride of work and customer service is the heart of the business.

I'm employed at Holton Heath Trading Park, and I made a reservation via phone. I dropped off my car early in the morning by placing my key through the door. Later, I received a call to pick up my car once the test was completed. The entire process was incredibly efficient, and the staff I interacted with were friendly. I had a quick turnaround due to personal circumstances. The car I had booked in for MOT had a failed battery and wouldn’t start so paid for and fitted the new battery but missed my booking. The garage accommodated my late arrival, getting it MOT’d late in the day, absolutely fantastic service from all the team.

Amazing service from the guys at Kwik-Fit in Hamworthy. After having them fit 4 new tyres earlier in the year, I discovered a puncture over the weekend and the guys were able to repair it for me and free of charge! Very much appreciated and relieved I didn't have to spend up to £280 on another new tyre!

We were really low on oil on a long journey so came into the garage on the chance that they would be able to help us. The garage topped us up with oil really quickly and were really helpful! My car broke down at the shell garage just at the end of the street, I saw the garage and entered for help. A young man was sent with me to try and get my car sorted. Long story short not only did he get my car going again he said don't worry about it when I asked how much he wanted for getting me back on my way. It's good to know there's some genuine honest people that are willing to help at no cost. If I was local to the area I would definitely use this place for my motoring needs

We've used Bere Regis MOT & Service Centre for years now. They look after the van and cars and every time they are welcoming, helpful and provide excellent advice. Speedy help and cost effective. I had my mot on the 9th ran out on the 11th as booked last minute and they were amazing fitting me in been ripped off many times at other garages! The time for work was 2 weeks and they done the work within 2 days for me got it back this morning absolutely great service will be using them from now on
