What a fabulous & welcoming place to go and be pampered on the day of my daughter's wedding. Went 27/07/24. Jordan restyled my hair and hid all the blemishes with lovely make up. I went to New Image for my hair to be put up for my son’s wedding which was held locally. It was such a fabulous experience at the salon. I had never been before and that made it difficult . Fern did it absolutely beautifully and the style was admired by many at the wedding. She talked through my style and made sure I was happy with it. She is such a creative and talented young girl. This is a friendly, happy and customer focused business. I might have to come over to Wareham for another appointment ! 🙏

Sam coloured my hair yesterday, such a fantastic stylist. Jordan did my nails today which are beautiful. So lucky to have such an amazing hair and beauty place so near. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Great team, great place.

I had a scar on my eyebrow from cancer removal. I can honestly say you can barely tell now. So pleased with what has been done. Louisa is very warm and friendly and put me completely at ease. I would highly recommend!

I have just had my shaded eyeliner topped up by the lovely Natasha and I love how beautiful the results are. She is so passionate about her work and ensures the entire process is smooth and comfy throughout. Always an absolute pleasure coming into the clinic as the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. I have been going to changing grooms for years. It is definitely the best place to get your hair cut. Nicky and the rest of the team are so good at there jobs. I’ve never had a problem there. I always look forward too having my hair cut there.

Excellent salon, welcoming friendly atmosphere with lovely girls who know what they are doing to make you feel relaxed and comfortable whilst being pampered which is what we all need. Absolutely superb! From start to finish, welcoming, friendly, took time to explain options, gave advice, the skin fade cut was spot on and the perm looks incredible! Today was my first visit to Beautifully Gorgeous and it certainly won’t be my last. Claire was so lovely and welcoming and did an absolutely cracking job on my nails. Since my usual salon closed down I’ve had a couple of poor experiences and feel so happy to have found this salon and such a lovely beauty therapist in Claire. Can’t wait to go back!

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! I had the most amazing experience at my hair appointment today! I went in for the Fusio Dose Kerastase Treatment followed by a haircut, and it was exactly what my damaged hair needed. The appointment started with a heavenly head and neck massage that instantly helped me relax—it was such a wonderful touch. The treatment itself was phenomenal; my hair already feels so much healthier and nourished. And then came the haircut—Amelia, she did an incredible job! She truly understood what I wanted and worked her magic to bring my vision to life. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and care. I was so impressed with the results that I booked another treatment with Amelia before leaving the salon. I’m already looking forward to it because this was by far the best treatment I’ve had. I have been going to Robin James for 12 years because of its quality and consistency. Aveda colours are also very kind to the hair. Joanne has been my hair stylist since she qualified. She really cares about her work and takes pride in doing a really good job. She is talented and thoughtful and fun to spend an hour or two with! I totally recommend her services without reservation.

Mayfair Salon is lovely , i have been a few times for my haircut and colour with Mel who is so friendly and welcoming I would not go anywhere else now .The cut is brilliant as I have very fine hair and just love my colour too , the salon is bright spotlessly clean all the staff are lovely and friendly 👌 would definetly recommend thank you Debbi X

I haven't had my hair cut for a while, so i decided to book in for a dry cut. My sister has been here before and loved the style. Such a better cut then I have had at more expensive salons and a better service. although it is a-lot different after covid, the stylists are polite and take your needs in mind. Will be coming back

Mel is amazing. My husband has really tricky hair - she’s the only person who makes it look great. She’s been cutting our hair for years and never lets us down.

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring.
