I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and taught at a pace that everyone wad comfortable with. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend keytek to anyone looking to pursue a locksmith career.

I attended the 8 day domestic and commercial locksmith course ran by Tom, and the 1 day auto course ran by Luke. Brilliant experience all round, from the facilities to the instructors, I couldn't say a bad word about it, I was a bit hesitant heading down there, as all I could go off were reviews, but they didn’t disappoint. Tom is a natural instructor with 10+ years experience in the industry, any question or query I had he had an answer for, and really did cater parts to fit the individual, with plenty of real world examples along the way. Equally I only had Luke for the 1 day auto but again with 10+ years experience it was very easy to feel at home with his instructor ability and knowledge, really please I added that on. I feel confident moving forward from here and hopefully can pursue a new and successful career in the locksmith world with some on the road experience and some work on the computer. looking forwards to hopefully working with keytek in the future as an engineer! If you’re hesitant about going on this, hopefully this will help make you feel at ease.

8 day training package, the course was delivered at a steady pace and I never felt pressured to rush the practical work, Instructor has a vast knowledge of the subject, he was always happy to answer any questions throughout the course. A deliciious free lunch every day added to the quality of the course. Overall I would recommend to anybody because you leave the course with the knowledge to start your own business or work for Keytech, and with plenty if support from the Keytech team if required.

I recently complete the 8 days locksmith training and it exceeded my expectations.Tom was our teacher ,was increadibly knowledgeable and patient. He provided hand-on training real world examples that made the learning process engaging and practical. I feel confident in my skills thanks to Tom and this comprehensive training course. Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. Dave was top notch, great communication, turned up, debugged, sourced a used part, came back 3 days later and replaced the part in less than an hour. probably saved me a grand if I had gone to VW. I popped in today with my key litterally snapped in half The gent was absolutely amazing managed to make me a key let me try it out (for the car) before I paid And was only £15 lowest price is been quoted anywhere (and 3 places I'd wasted my time at couldn't even do it after quotes of £50+) A friend told me about this place and they are absolutely amazing if highly recommend them to anyone for a genuine and skilled locksmith at very reasonable prices Thank you so much for helping me today

Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.
