I lost the keys to my Thule roof rack and was half expecting we'd need to break the locks. I called ASL and they asked me to pop over on the off chance they could sort it. I was dealt with quickly and they managed to pick the locks and reverse engineer a key for them. I left happy because I hadn't lost the locks or broken anything. I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. I popped in today with my key litterally snapped in half The gent was absolutely amazing managed to make me a key let me try it out (for the car) before I paid And was only £15 lowest price is been quoted anywhere (and 3 places I'd wasted my time at couldn't even do it after quotes of £50+) A friend told me about this place and they are absolutely amazing if highly recommend them to anyone for a genuine and skilled locksmith at very reasonable prices Thank you so much for helping me today

Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.

He provided hand-on training real world examples that made the learning process engaging and practical. I feel confident in my skills thanks to Tom and this comprehensive training course. I attended the 8 day domestic and commercial locksmith course ran by Tom, and the 1 day auto course ran by Luke. Brilliant experience all round, from the facilities to the instructors, I couldn't say a bad word about it, I was a bit hesitant heading down there, as all I could go off were reviews, but they didn’t disappoint. Tom is a natural instructor with 10+ years experience in the industry, any question or query I had he had an answer for, and really did cater parts to fit the individual, with plenty of real world examples along the way. Equally I only had Luke for the 1 day auto but again with 10+ years experience it was very easy to feel at home with his instructor ability and knowledge, really please I added that on. I feel confident moving forward from here and hopefully can pursue a new and successful career in the locksmith world with some on the road experience and some work on the computer. looking forwards to hopefully working with keytek in the future as an engineer! If you’re hesitant about going on this, hopefully this will help make you feel at ease.

Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and taught at a pace that everyone wad comfortable with. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend keytek to anyone looking to pursue a locksmith career.

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Can’t fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you

I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.

We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond.
