Hands down one of the best courses I have attended. I came away with the confidence to start locksmithing straight away, having learned a plethora of new skills. Tom was a great instructor, very patient and taught at a pace that everyone wad comfortable with. Overall 10/10 and would highly recommend keytek to anyone looking to pursue a locksmith career.

8 day training package, the course was delivered at a steady pace and I never felt pressured to rush the practical work, Instructor has a vast knowledge of the subject, he was always happy to answer any questions throughout the course. A deliciious free lunch every day added to the quality of the course. Overall I would recommend to anybody because you leave the course with the knowledge to start your own business or work for Keytech, and with plenty if support from the Keytech team if required.

I attended the 8 day domestic and commercial locksmith course ran by Tom, and the 1 day auto course ran by Luke. Brilliant experience all round, from the facilities to the instructors, I couldn't say a bad word about it, I was a bit hesitant heading down there, as all I could go off were reviews, but they didn’t disappoint. Tom is a natural instructor with 10+ years experience in the industry, any question or query I had he had an answer for, and really did cater parts to fit the individual, with plenty of real world examples along the way. Equally I only had Luke for the 1 day auto but again with 10+ years experience it was very easy to feel at home with his instructor ability and knowledge, really please I added that on. I feel confident moving forward from here and hopefully can pursue a new and successful career in the locksmith world with some on the road experience and some work on the computer. looking forwards to hopefully working with keytek in the future as an engineer! If you’re hesitant about going on this, hopefully this will help make you feel at ease.

I popped in today with my key litterally snapped in half The gent was absolutely amazing managed to make me a key let me try it out (for the car) before I paid And was only £15 lowest price is been quoted anywhere (and 3 places I'd wasted my time at couldn't even do it after quotes of £50+) A friend told me about this place and they are absolutely amazing if highly recommend them to anyone for a genuine and skilled locksmith at very reasonable prices Thank you so much for helping me today

I had a problem lock that they managed to fix and fit a new barrel with matched keys to other doors - a great friendly service - very professional and quick turn around - thank you - do not hesitate to use they are highly recommended.

Really can’t recommend Croma enough. Had truly exceptional service from the Albert Road branch. Very experienced staff took time to work through with me patiently the issue and how to resolve it. There was no upselling just clear, friendly, competent advice that ended in a solution provided by an engineer Tom who on time, polite and efficient. If you are Portsmouth based and have an issue with securing your property try Croma before wasting time and money elsewhere.

The internal door latch to my home office failed just before 11pm, so I couldn't get in to collect my phone and shut down my PC. A quick phone call resulted in a visit and an open door within less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

We called Safelock Locksmith as we were not sure if he was the right person to come fix the door handles and latch, and window hinges. He came the same day to have a look and gave us a quote. He returned the next day and did the repairs. Fast, efficient, good workmanship. He treated my elderly parents with respect. I would highly recommend.

Adrian promptly came round to sort a replacement key for my wife's car when we thought she'd lost her only key!! Luckily we found the missing key so Adrian just made us a new one (& the old key is now a spare). Far cheaper than getting fixed at a stealership & will definitely use again if we ever need new keys. What a star, 9am bank holiday Monday, arrived 35 minutes after explaining I couldn’t turn the key to lock or open my front door, it had been sticking for a while and I thought it had damaged the tumblers in the lock.. but no.. I had left a key in the lock on the inside!! And he didn’t even laugh.. He then opened the door, fixed the sticky door and replaced a pin in the hinge. All for a very reasonable price.. so thank you very much, and I recommend the services wholeheartedly.

Our front door lock broke on Christmas Eve (thankfully we were inside). We rang Christchurch Locksmith and at 8.30am wonderful Egis was at our front door fitting a new lock. The service and price were brilliant. And what a lovely man Egis is, he was so kind and considerate (took his shoes off to go through our house). Remote car key sorted by Egis Petrauskas. Turned out not to be as straightforward a job as first thought but Egis couldn’t have been more helpful. He was determined to get the job done and was extremely patient. I can recommend him highly and I would not hesitate to call him if needed.
