Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and quality work. Would recommend to anyone we know.

Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Keep up the good work!

SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Very happy with service and outcome.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

I lost the keys to my Thule roof rack and was half expecting we'd need to break the locks. I called ASL and they asked me to pop over on the off chance they could sort it. I was dealt with quickly and they managed to pick the locks and reverse engineer a key for them. I left happy because I hadn't lost the locks or broken anything. Amazing guy! Can't thank Dan enough. Came out to me after I stupidly auto locked my keys in the back of my van when on a job away from home and unable to get my spare. Won't disclose any trade secrets but managed to get to my keys and unlock the van without causing any damage whatsoever. Pleasantly surprised by the cost too, was expecting to pay a lot more. My daughter was stuck at college with my car which had a flat battery. Our key fob had no manual key in so breakdown were called to tow her back to local garage. What an absolute gem of a business. Couldn't get into our safe and it was urgent as travelling, Chubb safe/Insafe wanted to charge a £1200 callout fee and a couldn't attend for a week. Spoke to Colin Thompson & Sons who told me a simple solution and it was fixed within minutes, no charge or callout required. They were absolutely amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. They saved me £1200 and didn't ask for a penny in return. What a champion of a business!

I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.
