I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. Dave was top notch, great communication, turned up, debugged, sourced a used part, came back 3 days later and replaced the part in less than an hour. probably saved me a grand if I had gone to VW. 5 star service from Kev after our twenty year old front door was locked shut. I phoned Kev who arrived at 14:00. He gained entry without causing any damage and replaced the full mechanism. Luckily he had a spare mechanism in his van so we were all sorted and secure by 14:45. Our door will thankfully live to see a good few more years, much to my relief. Thanks Kev - great job!

I recently used Keytek to come and replace a remote key on my daughters first car,as it wasn't working. I tried to fix the problem myself by ordering a new key housing online,but it didn't wwork. I phoned them in the morning and they came out very quickly. Lee sorted the problem with a new key,which is more robust than the old one. I would highly recommend them as they were very professional and knew what they were doing.

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Called out on a Saturday. There locksmith came in good time. Ended up having the handle and lock changed. But this was due to my choice as I didn't have time for parts to be ordered and needed it done there and then. Don't know if the price was high or low tbh. Never had this done before but it wasn't much different to what I had expected. The guy that turned up was friendly and chatty. And was very patient with my nan who has dementia.
