After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). The work was exceptional and amazing value for money; looks perfect and the guys were really respectful of the property, tidy and friendly. I can't recommend RSM Roofing highly enough.

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

I am utterly impressed by the professionalism, quality of work and service provided not to mention the highly competitive pricing. If something is not right in their eyes, let alone mine (I never had anything), they will make sure it is right. Meticulous. Furthermore, due to delays in my build project and the weather, Prestige Roofing had to keep adjusting to my changing timescales. We used up top roofing to redo the roof on our 3 bed detached as it was recommended by a surveyor. We got 3 quotes and went with the middle one which was up top. We were really impressed with the whole experience, from getting the quote to tidying up at the end. The guys were very professional, turned up on time and worked hard. As a result they finished ahead of schedule which was great for us as a family. We got the surveyor back as a matter of caution and even he was impressed with the quality of workmanship and the price we paid. All in all, considering the horror stories you here, we feel blessed with our choice and couldn't recommend highly enough

Brilliant...Up Top Roofing are an extremely professional & knowledgeable company. They have recently replaced our garage flat roof and taken down a chimney from our main roof. Kieran managed to fit us in same day for a visit, and then within a week to start work, all with a reasonable price too to replace our slates and fit underfelt. One week later, all the work is completed, all cleaned up and the entire roof is looking as good as new. Great service, would use again.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Had a badly leaking bit of flat roof and called in Jamie for a quote. Was given what sounded to me like a competitive price with full details. All arranged with the very helpful Charlotte by phone and email. The two young lads they sent round were charming and respectful, and most importantly of all dog-friendly! Before/After photos were emailed and payment was easy using digital invoices. Have definitely been recommended to others already.

Huge thanks to J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd from Weymouth for the fantastic service we have received. Just 2 days to strip the tiles, remove the old felt and battens, install new felt and battens, clean & replace the tiles (including new ridge tiles) install a dry ridge and dry verge system, and clean the fascias and guttering. All waste was removed at the end of the job, and the property was left tidy. The team of young men were really polite, worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the company. We are very happy to recommend J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd.
