Our stepped lead parapet gutter was completely replaced by Abbey Roofing and Preservation. The work included new plywood sub-deck, replacement support timbers where necessary and new parapet wall flashings. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and good quality craftsmanship. The resulting parapet is a work of art. It is beautifully formed and robustly constructed, with neat lead joins and welding. Roof tiles were expertly refitted to compliment its lines. After 9 months and a wet winter, I can say the parapet is fully functional. We are very pleased and will be asking Steve back again to work on other areas of our roof. Rebecca from Wimborne.

All Roofing is a great company to deal with from enquiring to having the job completed. Very quick and efficient with a very good eye for detail. They noticed a couple of little specs on one of our flat roofs they had just done and they sanded it all back and re done it to ensure a clean and smooth finish. Polite, clean and tidy. All roofing has recently completed a full flat roofing contract including tapered insulation, Alwitra single ply membrane, solar panel mounting strips, Alwitra aluminium fascia, bespoke aluminium soffit and bespoke wall capping. Before I go into a more in-depth review I can summarise and say all the works have been done to a very high standard with great attention to detail from the outset. Scott was very helpful in the design phase of the house with looking at all the technical details of the roof. This included gutter upstand details, tapered insulation design, placing drainage outlets, balcony waterproofing details and suggesting the best products for the job. I was very keen for Scott to have input on this from an early stage because I know that if these details are not well thought out from the start it can lead to a lot of problems with the finished product. This is especially true of balcony waterproofing where it is very easy to make mistakes. Scott really did go the extra mile making sure all the details were well thought out. When it came to undertaking the works Scott and his team worked very efficiently with a very good attention to detail. Scott was very good at working with me to make sure his work was well scheduled and other trades had done things correctly to make sure that everything was correct before he completed his works. The finished product looks amazing. The aluminium fascia is a big part of the look of the house and I’m really glad I went for the proper Alwitra gutter upstand and fascia system. Scott spent a lot of time and effort making sure every aspect of the fascia and soffit looks good. To me the roof and waterproofing details are one of the most important parts of our house and I’m very happy to have had All roofing undertaking the works. Scott has definitely been one of my favourite contractors for our whole build.

Scott and his team are all highly professional and committed to what they do. Their attention to detail is first class and of all the suppliers we considered Scott was the only one who thoroughly understood the situation, the challenges and the pragmatic solutions needed. The work undertaken here was necessary as the original install was done incorrectly (apparently quite common) and has given us peace of mind that had been missing. We are delighted with the more high end look of the Z panels which have hidden fixings and the verge trims at the end of the roof tiles protecting the roof still further from wind and water ingress under the tiles. Our conservatory was cold, damp and a useless space in the winter. The conservatory has now been transformed into a useable , warm and light space. Far cheaper than an extension, but has the same effect, it is now a fully useable room. Highly recommend this company, very professional and trustworthy. They are very different to the other companies that deal with conservatory roofs. There is no hard sell, the quote is what it will cost, no extortionate prices that magically get reduced like other companies in this field. Damien came and gave a quote. Some weeks later I agreed to go ahead and was booked in. He kept in touch with the estimated date for works. Had the conservatory roof replaced, internal ceiling plastered. Additionally a stud wall built and the dwarf walls plastered. All the guys were friendly and tidy and kept me informed as the job progressed. I’ve waited several months to post this to ensure there weren’t any teething issues and I’ve had no concerns at all. Very pleased would certainly recommend.
