Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

After noticing a leak coming through my bedroom ceiling I rang lock-tight to check the roof, they inspected it and found it to be my lead valley. They explained it needed a new one and stripped my existing lead one, fitted a new fibreglass valley. Fair price and quick response. Would use again

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Ross and the team were excellent from start to finish - super responsive, fast to quote and then to schedule the work after accepting the quotation (which was ideal for a leaking roof!). Martin and team recently repaired a leaking gable end on our grade 2 listed chapel. They did a fantatsic job removing all existing stone work and replacing the perished lead. The finished result is better than the original. They turned up on time and completed the job on time and budget.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced. These are old buildings and threw up some issues, they took them in their stride and kept on budget. Thanks guys.

Quick response to problem and fixed next day

Very happy with the services I received , the work was of top quality to my east wing and the workers left the site tidy every day, not like O'Brians roofing on a last project I had going on my property on my barns. Perennial roofing will be tendering for my stable roof works along with others to keep my little pony's dry.

Initially a little disappointed as after a replacement of lead flashing there were still leaks, but only when heavy rain driven in by strong south westerly winds. A modification then failed and a longish wait for contractor to return, but hopefully, now resolved. A zinc tray now installed as well. The exposed site and shallow pitch on the roof hasn't helped . Perennial Roofing staff all nice guys, well turned out and caring. Really impressive professional welding of the joints forming end caps. Site left very tidy. Thanks to all
