We had Dan come out to us today to do 3 locks. Very important we got them changed as just moved into a new property. He was so friendly and professional, did a super job. I couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend him.

We contacted Safelock Locksmiths in New Milton on 11/1/24 as our kitchen door wouldn't open / shut or lock properly . Later the same day a he came out to us at the arranged time and was able to correct the fault with the relevant replacement parts , a friendly , knowledgeable , efficient chap who we would happily recommend and use again if needed . Unfortunately I managed to lock myself out of my flat the day before Christmas Eve. I contacted this company and within an hour had somebody at my front door. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was friendly, professional and fully demonstrated the problem and explained the repair with a quote up front. In the end he was able to reuse most of the existing lock and did not charge for a completely new unit. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the cost and quality of the work. There did not seem to be any kind of premium for the evening call and I would be very happy to use again. Although hopefully won't ever need to!

SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Very happy with service and outcome.

Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Keep up the good work!

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and quality work. Would recommend to anyone we know.

Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. He was able to repair and replace our broken exit door lock with minimal disruption. Very reasonable costs with no call out charge either. Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Adrian promptly came round to sort a replacement key for my wife's car when we thought she'd lost her only key!! Luckily we found the missing key so Adrian just made us a new one (& the old key is now a spare). Far cheaper than getting fixed at a stealership & will definitely use again if we ever need new keys. I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. I rang Martin at ASL late Monday eve, by Monday monday afternoon he had visited, helped me get into the car and had 3 new keys cut. Perfect, friendly service at a surprisingly low price.

Communications brilliant. Scott handled my problem efficiently and quickly. Didn’t even have to go to their main HQ. Their engineer was local and redirected to my house within the same morning. Job completed within half an hour.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Very helpful, experienced & knowledgeable, we had a door without keys, Steve opened the door quickly & then fitted a new lock making all the necessary adjustments as required. We highly recommend Steve for any keys/locks issues, quick response & excellent value for money.

Steve has helped me before, both in dealing with planned replacement and servicing of locks, and also in more urgent situations when I needed a problem sorted out urgently. This was the case recently, when he came at short notice to repair a broken garage door. He completed the job without any fuss and to a high standard and, as usual, was a pleasure to deal with.

Needed to get access back into my property quickly. Steve was the only ‘emergency’ locksmith who could actually make it in the time 30- 60 mins specified. Quick and efficient, I was back in my house in no time. I couldn’t recommend enough, great service.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

On the recommendation of my son, I called Alex to come out to my home to see to a front door lock that was causing me a great deal of concern.
