Needed someone to look at our woodworm, these guys were responsive to the enquiry, surveyor seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, with no b.s. Indicated a view that what we had was historic, and rather than treat immediate we would do well to wait, and monitor, to see if there was any further evidence. No attempt to string us along or sell us something we didn't obviously need.

Rob and the team did some damp work in my house and I was very happy with the work, plus they were all very friendly and nice to have around and tidied up after as well. I would definitely recommend them.

I enquired with Sam regarding some extensive gardening and removal of hedges etc in 2 business in the local area. Replied within hours and the job was sorted within a few weeks (Amazing considering it’s summer) He was professional and meticulous in his work and I honestly can’t believe what an amazing job he’s done. Excellent value for money and have already asked him to come every month going forward to help maintain the amazing job he did. Will also be using him for many more odd jobs!

Found Sam through a Google search for some odd DIY jobs at home, shelves, a bathroom door fitted, and a large wooden gazebo for the garden amongst others. Sam is a very hard worker and his work is of the very highest quality. I would recommend him to anyone to do a very good job. I had painting, slabs re-setting, and gutterings to alter and he did it all very quietly and with no fuss. A very nice young man. Mike might be a handyman but his talents are more than this belittling title. A skilled carpenter by trade although there aren't many small jobs he wont turn his hand too. Picture hanging, shelves up, drainpipes painted, cat flaps installed, doors hung. He says he likes the small and quirky jobs and I have sent a few of those his way! Always professional, always acts with integrity and never rips you off. Very happy to recommend and will use him again.

Mike is fantastic at what he does. He is our retained handyman for a lot of our managed properties and can tackle pretty much anything. He takes time to understand the needs of the client and doesn't assume. He uses his experience and skill to come up with optimal solutions at a sensible price. A very very good guy to know. Damien has worked for us on a regular basis. We have an animal sanctuary and there are always jobs and repairs to be done. He is super reliable, very hard working and an extremely nice man. I have referred him to several people all of whom have also been happy with his work. He is a great find !

Damian has done a couple of jobs for us now. He renewed our panel fence and showed us a way to do it to save time and money. He has just renovated our patio. It didn’t need a full re-laying so advised just to do the necessary work and it looks great now. He also rebuilt our dwarf walls and the coping stones. The garden looks great now!!! Thank you.

We needed a conservatory roof replacing. Damien carried out the work professionally and confidently. We couldn't be more pleased with the result. No more leaking roof! We have since asked him back to do a couple more jobs that need doing around the property. It is great that he is so versatile and can do those jobs we have been putting off and are unable to do ourselves. His prices are fair and his communication is first class. Great experience working with Ellis. He has a "can do" approach, he charges fairly and he won't leave you with an unfinished job to figure out yourself. Great timekeeping, he cleans up any mess before he leaves and he is good at what he does. Very easy to work with and you can be confident the job will get done with a good finish.

What a fantastic service, would highly recommend. Ellis supplied and fitted a new side gate, of excellent quality and dug out an old manhole cover and surround, then cemented in a new surround, filling in holes found when digging out the old one.
