James and his team have done it again! Kitchen design is from Yanni at Howdens, who was excellent. Andy, the carpenter who works with James did a wonderful job installing the kitchen and wardrobes. His attention to detail is fantastic and very much appreciated. A shout out to Martin and Joe who did a few other bits to an exceptional standard. We can't rate James and his team highly enough. James and his team have made a wonderful job of our loft conversion, although it’s much more than that. Upstairs, we now have a lovely additional double bedroom and large bathroom and the changes to the hallway and staircase are fantastic. There have also been changes to one of the rooms downstairs, which is much better now the chimney breast is removed. We have a new front door and the whole roof has been retiled. The dormer blends in really well and we love our new round window. Overall, its created so much more space and the finish is first class. We couldn’t be happier. Everyone involved has been highly professional and polite. Importantly, communication with James has been excellent throughout. His monthly invoicing is very clear and easy to understand. We have no hesitation in recommending James Newsam Construction to anyone looking for a high quality building company.

Max and his team plastered a hallway, landing and 2 rooms for us, including a loft room with curves and various angles. The work was done efficiently and to a very high standard. We were impressed with the finish, and will definitely use them again for other rooms.

After a flood we used max Baggley plastering & decorating to replace the ceilings re plaster and decorate afterwards - some of the works whilst the office was still open and operating. They did a great job was very flexible working alongside us and rates were better than other quotes received, we will definitely use in future for other works when it comes up.

A big thank you to Matt and Steve for a complete make-over of our garden with a new patio and a space ready to be turfed. They both worked extremely hard and spent a lot of attention to detail (some of which we kept changing). I would personally like to thank Matty,Matt,Steve and Callum for completing our project for our new garden wall. The gentleman were professional tidy great sense of humor and delivered what was required for our garden giving us privacy and framing our garden with a lovely 3 foot wall with 6 foot piers and 3 foot double contemporary panels. My experience with MB builders was faultless from the initial consultation and quote I was told what to expect given a start date and a price that could not be beaten. When work began I was kept informed of progress and was made to feel like they cared about my input and they could not have done any more my expectations where surpassed when the project was completed it looked better than I could have ever imagined from the initial photo I had shown to Matty on what I was looking for. I’m lucky I have found reliable quality local builders to complete this project and I have a few more projects at the current property that I will be getting MB builders to complete for me could not be more please. We have used Matt and his team on several occasions and have always been highly satisfied with his work. We had a kitchen extension built on the rear of our house which involved knocking through and this was done with as little disruption to our lives as possible. Matt kept us updated each step of the way and always turned up when he said he was going to. The work was done to a high standard and we were so pleased we had mb builders back again to complete our block paved driveway. Once again we couldn't fault Matt and the team.
