I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. 5 star service from Kev after our twenty year old front door was locked shut. I phoned Kev who arrived at 14:00. He gained entry without causing any damage and replaced the full mechanism. Luckily he had a spare mechanism in his van so we were all sorted and secure by 14:45. Our door will thankfully live to see a good few more years, much to my relief. Thanks Kev - great job!

Remote car key sorted by Egis Petrauskas. Turned out not to be as straightforward a job as first thought but Egis couldn’t have been more helpful. He was determined to get the job done and was extremely patient. I can recommend him highly and I would not hesitate to call him if needed.

We had Dan come out to us today. He was very friendly and a true professional . He did a fantastic job on changing our 4 locks. He was a wealth of knowledge and information on the subject and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would say he went above and beyond. So nice to have him do the job for us, we were very happy and now feel safe.

I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. Can’t fault the service and I would highly recommend. Thank you

Called up and operator on the phone was useful… had an engineer booked to come in 30mins, took him less than 10 mins to get into our Mercedes sprinter van which had a dead battery. Price was reasonable. Great service.
