Door now working better than it ever has after Sean replaced our lock, aligned the hinges and keeps and lubricated the whole thing. Very thankful for him resolving issues caused by our builder's poor door installation.

Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! He quickly secured everything with temporary boarding and gave a clear quote, explaining that the glass might take a couple of weeks. But what really stood out was how hard he worked to get the glass sooner—he kept me updated, pushed to speed things up, and succeeded! The moment it arrived, he wasted no time getting it fitted. The work was absolutely flawless—done super fast, cleaned up perfectly, and left looking as good as new. Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. On top of that, my battery had gone flat from sitting for a week and he jump-started it to get me back on the road. All that, and still half the price of just one key from the dealer! Absolute legend, cannot recommend enough. Bought my car from a dealer and it only came with one key. Was quoted £250 elsewhere to have a spare made, then I lost my only key last week. Same day call out and the car was back up and running with two new keys, for barely any more than the other quote for just a spare key.

Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.
