Steve assessed my door lock and decided that a repair would fix the problem, rather than going through the more costly option of replacing the lock. I received a full explanation, service was very prompt and I was kept updated with time of arrival. It was also very refreshing to speak to a genuine and friendly businessman!

We used Steve to change the locks on our last two house moves, he is professional, thorough, responds quickly and arrives on-time. He took care to get the right colour products that would match our existing door furniture (which were not standard) and when asked, he gave us great recommendations for some additional locks to increase our security. Overall, he did a great job for us (twice!) and we highly recommend.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

After an attempted break-in where my conservatory window and door were popped, I called Nigel at Belvoir Glass & Locks. By sheer luck, he was there within five minutes! I cannot recommend nigel enough. All I had left of my original car keys was the plastic spare which had snapped. Nigel with his excellent knowledge and expertise was able to produce me a perfect replacement key just using some photos of the old plastic key. He provided a very fast and professional friendly service, I would definitely use his services again.

I can't recommend Nigel highly enough. He has now saved my bacon twice. He rescued me when I locked myself out of my Skoda Yeti last summer. And today he made me a new key so, hopefully, if it happens again, I will be able to free myself. He is extremely professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

I accidently locked my keys in the boot whilst on Holiday, luckily Huttoft Auto locksmiths services came to the rescue within the hour. Issue with the ignition in one of our work vans. Called in the morning, explained and said I would drop it off to be seen as going to a near by village. After dropping off, completed within a couple of hours and picked up the repaired lock on my way back through. Polite, professional and responsive. Will be using again in the future when the times comes.
