Very efficient and friendly team. Our roof is so much better for the cleaning, and we now have working gutters that were put up with precision. The guys ensured a good finish to the repairs that were needed too.

Needed to have the whole roof removed and replaced. From start to finish they were clear, considerate and professional. They work that was done was completed in under a week. Considering the size of the roof alone with a couple of days of bad weather, we were so pleased with the price, work and outcome.

BLS are fantastic. The work was quoted quickly and Brian worked around our timings as we had to delay works slightly. The work was completed by Matt and Henry to a great standard - when they discovered our chimney was open to the elements at the top, they capped it without adding to the cost. Brilliant to see people take such pride in their work.

Refreshing to get such a rapid and reliable service in this day and age. Contacted BLS for a quote to rebuild my chimney as well as a few bricks below the damp course, Was told they could come out to quote that same day (which they did), told I would get the quote by the end of the day (which I did) and after accepting it, was told that they could start and finish the work the following week (which they did). Excellent, professional staff who were friendly, reliable and punctual. An excellent company that I would highly recommend.

I had water ingress down the gable end wall and chimney area. I looked at reviews and BLS roofing were highly rated. Brian came out on a weekend and he immediately knew what the problem was and the best course of action to remedy it. He didn’t try to push for extra work and his quote came through quickly. It wasn’t cheap but right for the job in hand and competitive . I had to wait about a month for a start date but Brian kept me updated. His crew of three arrived and got to work like a well oiled machine. I expected it to take 2 days but it was done in one. The damage and repairs was photographed and shared. Everything was tidied and cleaned as if they had never been. There are a lot of cowboys out there, but BLS roofing is not amongst them and I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again

Contacted them about a leaking valley and 2 flat bay tops. Brian came quickly and assessed the situation and advised us of the solutions. He sent us a quote the same day and on acceptance he gave us an accurate timescale for when he would be able to start. As promised he came when he said and the work was completed over 2 days by 3 very friendly and polite roofers. They took the time to match the tiles by using weathered ones from another area that couldn't be seen and replacing them with the newer tiles. They tidied up after themselves each day. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend them.

Heritage roofing (Mike) just replaced our flat roof which was in a terrible state, and had several leaks. Work was done very efficiently and professional. The 2 guys that did the actual work were lovely, hard working and completed everything and all cleaned up in 2 days. Mike visited several times during the work to make sure the work was being done correctly. Totally satisfied and a very good price also, I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone needing roofing work done

The troublesome side of our roof has been replaced to a high standard and on time and on budget. The job was made more complicated by the temporary removal and replacing/reconnection of PV panels. This was managed without issue. Roofers were very skilled , friendly and incredibly hard working.

We had a leaking roof after some heavy downpours, with water damage on our bedroom ceiling. One week later we had a new high quality roof, at a reasonable price, installed by Michael and his team. Very impressed with Michael's responsiveness, honesty, competitive price and regular progress reports (we were away when they installed the new roof). Would highly recommend.
