TG Roofers did a lot of work for us at our home, videos throughout detailing what was causing us issues, and videos during and after work had been completed. Left us a written quote that was accurate, didn't ask for full payment until work was complete and left us a receipt. Straight up guy who takes pride in his work. Thanks George & your staff.

John is a lovely man who provides an excellent service. I was having a kitchen installed when our fitter noticed water on a wall after a heavy downpour so i needed this fixing fast for the work to proceed. John was at our house within 1/2 hour and after quoting a very reasonable price he proceeded the very next day! Wow thats service! A top job from a top bloke! Highly recommend 😁

I rang John after finding that our flat roof was falling apart. He came that afternoon to have a look, then sent me a quote that detailed prices in different circumstances, so we had an upper and lower bound for what the work would cost from the off which we really appreciated. John clearly cares about his work and delivering a good outcome for customers. We had scheduled the work for a day that turned out to be a pretty wet one so John rearranged with us ahead of time and explained the negative impact that the wet weather would have on the outcome for the roof. It was clear that he had our best interests in mind. Once work began, John worked over a couple of days to strip our flat roof and then fit a new one and was pleasant and friendly. At the end of each of the days he gave me an update of where things were at, and showed me the roof. At the end of it, the price we paid was the lowest end of the spectrum which we were honestly surprised at. We had budgeted for the upper value, I think because we have come to expect that's how things go. John sticks to what he says, though, and comes across as earnest and honest. Work comes with a ten year guarantee, too, which is great. Really pleased with the outcome and pleased too to have met John. Highly recommended.

John re-roofed my garage and porch area. He worked extremely hard, was very professional and provided an excellent service. Work was undertaken to a high standard and the site left clean and tidy each day. I was particularly impressed with the very high level of communication throughout the work. Nothing was too much trouble he was punctual and very polite and explained everything he also cleared up all the rubbish. Ric from Platinum Facias did exactly what he said he would, he turned up on time, fitted the facias, guttering and dry verges to both gable ends. He left the site clean and tidy and was professional at all times. Any repairs that were needed to the original woodwork were carried out as necessary, prior to replacing the facia board. Why can’t all trades people be like this? What a refreshing change!!

Can't recommend this company enough. After being let down by other roofers, Scott came out the following day to provide a quote, which was surprisingly less than I was expecting (always a bonus). Fast forward a week and the work has been completed to a brilliant standard. Scott was always available to answer any further questions I had (there were a few). I also appreciated the fact he sent me pictures of the work that had been carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family!

I recently bought a property in Withernwick and needed a roofer quickly. After I placed a fb request post, Hayllar roofing services was recommended and I have to say, Scott has been fantastic. He came out straight away. Identified all the problems with my roof which was leaking in multiple places. Quoted me a very, very reasonable price and started on my roof the very next day. He worked on it over the weekend like ‘the terminator’ battling freezing cold weather and rain, nothing was going to stop him! Everything I requested was completed brilliantly, and to a high standard with regular message updates and photos. No drama, no added little extras on my bill and my place left clean and tidy. Stop scrolling, you have found your roofer. I had some issues with guttering for a while. I've had contractors who don't do small jobs or repairs; it all needed to come down and be replaced. Anyway, I came across this guy on Facebook, stalked him for a couple of weeks, looking at his work. 😁 No job too small. I sent a message: "When can you call round? I'm 10 minutes away." Great, so he arrived, looked at everything, told me the issues, gave me a quote which I was more than happy with. How simple was that! "When can you start?" "Not a long job; can do it now if you like." Great! So simple: this is what is wrong, this is what you need, and this is what it will cost. Simple and to the point. Do I recommend this guy? Absolutely! And with all this wind and rain, it's definitely been put to the test. No drip or waterfall in sight.

Scott came to replacement after experiencing leaks through a fibreglass roof. Always turned up on time, extremely responsive, gave good advice, and very reasonably priced. Even came out same-day to keep it watertight while waiting for the repair and the quality of the re-roof was very good. Him and his lad got it done within the day even in the cold and kept on working hard. Highly recommended, had no issues since and will be using for all my roofing going forward

I have my 'roofer for life' with Active Roofing. Any customer knows, it's a stressful task finding real, qualified, quality roofers these days, with too many fly-by(we'll do it cheap) rogues around taking advantage. But, Jack has never let me down with any task. He's very pleasant, polite, respectful, professional. He is prompt, efficient, and trustworthy in his work. No pressure applied and photographs taken before, to show and explain where problem is. And photo's afterwards to show work completion. Great experience using Active Roofing! We've used them twice now, first time to plaster the bathroom ceiling, which was all done professionally & efficiently, and second time for roofing repairs, including slipped/missing tiles and replacing lead flashing. Also made us aware of some others issues on the roof, which was greatly appreciated. Always turn up when they say they will and do a good job! Would highly recommend these guys!

Contacted to give my mum a quote to repair a ceiling that the partially come down, from first phone call the communication was brilliant, the quote was fair and the work completed in super fast time so my mum would be sorted for Christmas. We are so impressed with the quality of the work and how it was managed with minimal disruption and mess to the room.
