We rang Deano to come over and quote for replacement TRVs on 2 radiators and an annual service of our boiler. He arrived on time and explained what he would do, his hourly rates, and when he would be able to fit us in. We had no issues with anything with the professional service we received from him. John recently renovated our bedroom en-suite. It involved replacing the tiling, shower, toilet and installing a new sink/cabinet unit and a new towel rail. Cannot recommend Tom enough. I called him at 8 a.m. with a plumbing emergency. He managed to get out to me, fix my boiler and be gone all before lunchtime. And a very reasonable price too. Tom has looked after 2 boilers in 2 houses for me for many years, his work is excellent he is very reliable and genuinely tries his best to do a good job, and communicates so well. NOT All HEROS WEAR CAPES Called Lee as I was having problems with another plumber who after 6 visits still had not fixed the problem. Lee came out and was very efficient and sorted the problem very quickly. He was very thorough and explained everything. Very clean and tidy worker. Can not praise him enough. Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.
