Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Simon and his colleague Declan arrived at the agreed time and immediately began work. This was to remove our old and non-working boiler and installing a new boiler and adding the additional pipework. This was a complicated job due to restricted space and having to go onto the roof. However, they just quietly and quickly got on with it. Simon asked if we would allow them to work until the job was finished and we happily agreed. By 7pm it was all done! It really was an awkward job but they have left us extremely happy with the result. They literally didn't stop, even for a break. We've been left with the instructions but everything was also explained to us. An excellent job and we could not be happier. 10/10 and Highly Recommended!

This company was used when we had a wet room installed. This wasn't a easy job due to the wet room being put within the garage. All the work was carried out to a high standard and we would recommend this company to do plumbing and heating work. They were neat and tidy workers, with good time keeping.

John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare! He.traced and repaired the leak which had been there for some considerable time.onthe collar of a boxed in toilet. John was a genuine, hardworking conscientious man with a can do positive work ethic ,he kep me informed and repaired the leak.He also gave me a call the next morning to check all was well. Lee Sibley is an excellent gas safety engineer. He fitted our new combi boiler, arriving on the day I asked for a quote. The price was very competitive and the installation, just one week later, went without a hitch. He explained everything in detail and left the area neat and tidy. NOT All HEROS WEAR CAPES Called Lee as I was having problems with another plumber who after 6 visits still had not fixed the problem. I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

Terry installed a new Ideal boiler and unvented hotwater cylinder. These replaced our original 1960's system. Terry had to dismantle our airing cupboard to achieve this, which he managed to put back together 'good as new'. Our house has never been so warm and I didnt realise how inefficient the old system was. Terry arrived promptly each day and always tidied up thoroughly. Very pleased with the result.
