We had been away for a few days and upon our return on 13th January, we noticed that the house was really cold. I checked the heating control panel and it showed a fault.. After a few curses, I must have rang over a dozen numbers, but they all went to answer phone. I then rang Daykin & Co.. got an answer straight away, from Mark. He said he was on a job but would call in on his way home...., We`re saved I thought...! He arrived and within 15 to 20 mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem,... Oh, the delight of heat and hot water..!! First class service and a really nice guy too.. He recommended preventative maintenance on the faulty valve also.. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..!! I cannot recommend this guy highly enough..!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars..!!

John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare! He.traced and repaired the leak which had been there for some considerable time.onthe collar of a boxed in toilet. John was a genuine, hardworking conscientious man with a can do positive work ethic ,he kep me informed and repaired the leak.He also gave me a call the next morning to check all was well. Thankyou John l will definitely recommend you and if l need plumbing assistance give you a call.

Could not rate this company highly enough. My elderly father was stuck with a leaking radiator and the previous plumbers we tried were very unhelpful. John went out of his way to help him, went to him the next day and fitted a new radiator and all the extras needed. Very polite gentleman who put my father at ease, thank you so much.

I don't often leave a review but Ollie was great & such good service. Really helpful, good advice when I wasn't sure what was right for my bathroom, kitchen & clockroom issues, great communication, very professional manner & tidied up after himself. It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!

Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 8kW ASHP with Heat Geek series 300L cylinder Liam provided a thorough heat loss calculation and survey on his early visits to our home and it was immediately evident we would be in safe and knowledgable hands for our heat pump installation. He answered all of our questions (a Heat Geek and MCS accredited installer) so that we could make an informed decision. We did not ever feel rushed or pushed in any of the decisions at all and his advice was solely geared towards providing us with the best possible system for our home and budget.
