Mark has done a number of plumbing repairs for me over the last few weeks. Very pleased with his high standard of work and the friendly and professional way he goes about it. Mark comes across as a genuine, conscientious and honest tradesman. Arrived on time and cleans up after the jobs done. So glad I found him, will definitely use him when I need a plumber in the future. His rates are very good and a fair price. I would definitely recommend Mark, you won’t be disappointed!

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Deano was recommended to me by a friend when I had a plumbing emergency, he came round and sorted the leak for out of hours, speedy response times, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced too. We rang Deano to come over and quote for replacement TRVs on 2 radiators and an annual service of our boiler. He arrived on time and explained what he would do, his hourly rates, and when he would be able to fit us in. We had no issues with anything with the professional service we received from him. Had a problem with a leaking shower waste trap, phoned at lunchtime. Not only was Seb out the same day, he fixed the problem and also drove 30 miles round trip to obtain the parts required. Very friendly, professional. Would 110% recommend.

We had a real mystery problem that was driving us bonkers. We had cold water to every tap/shower/toilet in the house but in the middle floor the cold simply stopped working for the sink and toilet even though the shower next to them had no problem. We contacted J&S and they gave us an early appointment two days later. Our problem was solved when in walked Jarrod. Although agreeing that there was no obvious solution he worked the problem, went over the valves next to the tank and in little less than an hour the water was flowing again. He also diagnosed a separate potential problem which he was able to fix the same morning. So top marks to our hero Jarrod and top marks to J&S for a speedy and keenly priced service. Big fans.

I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety. Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! Used Mike for the first time today. He changed both the kitchen taps, bath and wash basin taps for me. He has done an excellent job and cleaned up after his work. Reasonable pricing and came promptly on time. I would recommend him to anyone without any reservations.

Mike recently installed a new system boiler for us. He came recommended and can see why, he came out very quickly to assess the problem with our old boiler and was then back to install the new one within a few days. Repair of broken leaking above ground water drain. Mike arrived punctually, and completed the job to a high standard. He cleaned up well after himself. Good value for money. I would recommend his services.

Terry fitted a replacement thermal store (It's a hot water tank often used in conjunction with solar power evidently). He removed the old one and somehow shoehorned the new, larger model, into the space. Piped it all up to the gas boiler. Connected to the solar powered immersion booster and away. Neat, clean and tidy. Working very efficiently. Within a few weeks, a subsequent problem with the peripherals on the new tank, nothing to do with the fitting, has lead to revisits by Terry. Liaison with suppliers and determination on Terry's part has resolved this hugely frustrating situation. Will definitely use again.

Terry installed a new Ideal boiler and unvented hotwater cylinder. These replaced our original 1960's system. Terry had to dismantle our airing cupboard to achieve this, which he managed to put back together 'good as new'. Our house has never been so warm and I didnt realise how inefficient the old system was. Terry arrived promptly each day and always tidied up thoroughly. Very pleased with the result.

Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 8kW ASHP with Heat Geek series 300L cylinder Liam provided a thorough heat loss calculation and survey on his early visits to our home and it was immediately evident we would be in safe and knowledgable hands for our heat pump installation. He answered all of our questions (a Heat Geek and MCS accredited installer) so that we could make an informed decision. We did not ever feel rushed or pushed in any of the decisions at all and his advice was solely geared towards providing us with the best possible system for our home and budget.
