Wow…where to begin! I would recommend Lindsay at The Jasmine Cottage Studio everyday of the week! The communication throughout the entire process kept us at such ease, we discussed every detail, discussed all the important shots we wanted and the do’s and don’ts. On the day Lindsay was so full of energy and smile’s. All of our families complimented her kind and chatty nature. She had everything organised so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We received a few ‘sneak peak’ pictures a couple of days later which were just fantastic. The quality of the pictures were incredible and the photo album was beautiful. There aren’t enough words to describe what a fantastic job Lindsay did, all I can say is book her immediately!

Lindsay is the absolute best! I would recommend her to anyone. Not only does is her work exceptional but as a person she is just lovely. You spend a good amount of time with a photographer on your wedding day so you want someone like Lindsay, she captured the day exactly as we wanted. No request was too much and she was great company.

From our first phone call and our initial planning meetings to our wedding day, Lindsay listened, understood, adapted and delivered on everything we wanted from a wedding photographer and more. When our photos were ready, we were surprised by how many natural photos she had discreetly shot. Lindsay is exceptionally caring, made everyone feel relaxed and she captured many wonderful moments with our family and friends that we continue to cherish.

I cannot recommend Lindsay highly enough! She was incredible from start to finish❤️ We were kept up to date frequently, from enquiring about a booking until after the big day when we received our beautiful photos. We met Lindsay at her lovely office and she thoroughly went through the day with us to ensure every shot we wanted was captured. On our wedding, it was perfect from start to finish, Lindsay captured the fun of the day with so many gorgeous shots, from decor and people to the laughter and tears❤️ she's more than a photographer, Lindsay is a friend and we can never thank her enough for how beautifully she captured our day. We booked Bardney Hall for our wedding which we had last week and it did not disappoint! Claire, Hannah & the whole team were incredible from the moment we first looked round to the day of our wedding, nothing was ever too much trouble! The venue & grounds are beautiful & we’ve had so many comments from guests on how lovely it is! It was everything we could have dreamed of & we would recommend the venue and team to anyone!

Beautiful wedding venue, set in large gardens. Everything was perfect regarding the venue, the only thing I will say is at times there was a bit of a queue at the bar as sometimes they only had one bar man on, it wasn’t the quickest service (he also looked rushed off his feet!)

Claire and Hannah sold the venue to me straight away, this isn't just a business for them it's so much more and that's really apparent. Some venues feel as though you're on a conveyor belt of weddings and that was definitely not the case here! Everything was simple and straight forward and nothing was too much trouble, they were always at the end of the phone. They did an amazing job setting up the venue and this honestly took so much stress away from the whole day. On the day I became a bit overwhelmed and they were so kind and understanding, changing things and reacting on the spot to make things comfortable for me so that we could continue to enjoy the day - and we really did. The home and gardens are obviously very beautiful and it feels grand whilst still feeling intimate and warm. The following day, Claire sent us a video she had captured of our special day, again not something she had to do, just a lovely personal touch that meant so much to us. Couldn't recommend enough!

We couldn't have chosen a better first venue to host our Lincs Weddings Pop Up Event. The grounds were impeccable and made for the perfect backdrop. Nothing was out of place. The attention to detail throughout the venue was amazing. A perfect location for any event!

Carolina has been a pleasure to work with. We always knew we wanted to get married in Italy but I didn’t know where to start. We interviewed a few different wedding planners, Carolina stood out for her honesty and her style in weddings. She instantly understood the brief and found us the most amazing venues, which were hard to pick from. We had the most beautiful wedding and all our friends and family said it was the best they had been too. Everything we wanted was organised and all the stress was taken away from us on the weekend. Carolina, Giulia, and Abi, thank you for helping us achieve our dream wedding in Tuscany! The process was seamless, and Carolina's expertise kept it stress free throughout. We had just 11 months to plan our wedding, so we thought there may have to be some compromises in venue etc. however, we didn't have to make any. All our vendors were amazing, everything was perfect, and there is absolutely nothing we would have changed. We had regular communication, quick replies, and full confidence everything was under control. Laura & Hana at Ambience Venue Styling UK (York) have become 'Friends of Thicket Priory', working with them on internal events as well as recommending them to our wonderful couples and event hosts. Laura and Hana always have a smile on their faces, I think that's what helps us get along well as we're such a smiley bunch too! From tables plans and place names, to the amazingly beautiful chair sashes we love seeing the 'Ambience Twist' throughout the venue!

Ambience York did the venue styling for our wedding at Bunny Hill and we can't recommend them enough. Laura and Hana were in touch a year before the wedding to talk through ideas and then kept regularly in touch in the weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure every detail was perfect. We had some ideas of how we wanted the venue to look and wanted to keep the styling simple and elegant with a white and green colour scheme - Laura and Hana took our vague ideas and made them a beautiful reality. Hana even went above and beyond to help us find a florist when we were struggling! The venue on the day looked absolutely stunning, we couldn't have asked for anything more perfect - thank you!

I attended one of Ruby's wreath making workshops this week. It was such a fantastic experience to put us in the festive spirit. Ruby provided clear step by step instructions, and was attentive to the group if we needed help. There was a great selection of quality foliage and decorative items to choose from. This allowed us to put our individual stamp on our wreaths. Looking forward to booking again next year !!

Ruby was incredible. I changed the vision at least three times completely (sorry Ruby!) and she hit the nail on the head everytime. Her range and knowledge was so impressive. Ruby is so calm and everything felt completely under control, which was ideal because we are living in Australia. She made our day with every detail that she worked with (we had our stationary, flowers, decor and table settings from Ruby). Our venue was a really big space, so it thought it was going to be so difficult to make it feel less empty but Ruby did it! Highly recommend Ruby! 🤍 thank you again

Beautiful flower crown workshop! Ruby was absolutely amazing when she came to run a flower crown workshop for my daughters 8th birthday party. She arrived well prepared and well resourced, providing fresh flowers and all the required equipment to inspire the girls to make stunning creations. She was friendly and professional. The girls were taught the skills and supported, by Ruby, to independently create their crowns with a step by step demonstration. I would highly recommend Ruby.

What a great service! I was searching high and low for a postbox, which my daughter-in-law wanted at their wedding. Chris responded immediately; I have been back-and-forth with various different questions, including the size of the individualised front, and he has been easy to communicate with, flexible and thoroughly helpful. Steve did our wedding breakfast a couple of weeks ago and created an amazing BBQ for us and our guests. We had NO END of compliments regarding the food. Steve was friendly, professional and helped us so much in trying to find a perfect dinner for our day that suited our budget and tastes. The choices were fantastic, it was definitely hard choosing between all of the options he had. The evening food was just simple sandwiches and chips but oh my gosh were they tasty!! They too went down a treat with out evening guests. We 1000% recommend The Food Dude to everyone and anyone for every and any occasion. absolute top notch, thanks Steve!

The bbq that The Food Dude provided was first class! From the initial meeting with Steve to choose our menu, to the preparation and service of the food, everything went smoothly without any worries. The food was delicious ( I was worried it might be overcooked as I had experienced at other bbq venues) and beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. A really friendly service and at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

We recently got married at Stubton and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Laura helped us to coordinate everything from day 1 until the end of our big day and she was amazing. No question was too big or too small or too random. Without Laura we would have been lost! The venue was stunning and well maintained. The rooms for our guests were perfect and made our guests feel special. The whole team at Stubton were professional throughout and helped to make our day special. We couldn't have asked for more or for anywhere better to hold our wedding, we have nothing but positive things to say about Stubton Hall, the staff and especially Laura. All of our guests have said how amazing it was and how beautiful.

Couldn't fault the location beautiful .Only two criticisms really ,the coffees and teas in our room wernt to our taste organic good old nescafe and tetleys tea would be better .We were in room 15 the bath was quite high to step into some would struggle to get into the bath and out could also do with safety rail to help get in .

Had the pleasure to photograph a couple of times now at Stubton Hall and it always seems to be magical. From a photography perspective with lighting and locations you really will get wonderful photos. The stair case is a super awesome setup along with the grounds. It is a local venue to me which is a bonus but if you are considering traveling to Stubton Hall to get married it has all the facilities to accommodate you. Each time i have worked there i have personally always had a positive experience and the staff have always been great to work along side.

Visited with family, they were holding a wedding fayre. Beautiful location, stunning scenery, unique rooms with so much light flooding in and wonderful views from all rooms. Free refreshments were on offer. Staff were very friendly. My daughter is having her wedding here in July. Would recommend A*

What an amazing venue

A lovely venue in a beautiful setting. Peter Bowser was a delight to work with and very helpful in these difficult covid times. The venue for the ceremony and the meal afterwards were perfect and we were allowed to decorate to our taste Big shout out to Peter Sharp for the photography, Ruth and Dennis the registrars, the catering staff and the family and friends for their support. We had our wedding reception at Stainton Manor this weekend just gone. The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. The venue was amazing, the food was brilliant. No guests left hungry, that’s for sure! Peter was so accommodating! Couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you very much
