Paul is fantastic, done a couple of small to medium sized jobs for us. Communication is excellent, both jobs have been done within a week (this is not a guarantee) his work is flawless and his prices are reasonable. He is my go to plumber of choice, we can't fault him at all. He's worth more than 5* in my eyes.

Excellent company. Have done quite a bit of work for us over the last few months. Mark and the whole team including the receptionists and engineers have been very friendly, polite, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were very accommodating, and all the work was carried out to a very high standard. Asked for a boiler quote on the Tuesday and Marc rallied up to troops to work on the Saturday to get it installed for us as we were without hot water. This is the second time Marc and his team have come to my rescue and each time the job has been priced very fairly, the lads have been polite and respectful and not left a trace of mess or rubbish behind.

Central heating pump on the blink, late Saturday afternoon so I left a message. As this had happened before I knew what to do - as the approved by the lovely Craig. Rachel rang me this morning, Craig turned up later that morning. He reassured me it was okay especially for the systems age. Nothing but praise for them.

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

From meeting Dave for a quote for central heating we knew we had made the right decision. We had electric heating, so it was a big job for the lads fitting all the heating system they worked extremely hard and was so professional a real credit to Beesons. We couldn't believe how they cleaned up after each day, on the final day our home was back to normal everything put back and clean. We're renovating and recently had some (ancient!) radiators replaced by Beeson. Not an easy task when dealing with nearly 100 year old pipe work. It is no exaggeration to say the service provided by Beeson and their incredibly hard working team was absolutely faultless. I really appreciated the advice on moving the radiators due to them being in the wrong place (I would have had no idea). This is going to make a huge difference in warming up the coldest areas of the room, and the new radiators also really look the part too. Also, when you get a quote for the work, everything is well documented. They always turn up on time and give you a proper invoice. On top of that, every member of the team could not be nicer people. These seemingly small but important details all add up to an extremely professional service. I actually wish Beeson could school other tradespeople on how to give a class service. We are extremely lucky to have such a good plumbing company in this area. As soon as we're ready to move onto the other parts of our home that need fixing, Beeson are our #1 choice for anything plumbing related. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Lee has just finished our bathroom and toilet to an unbelievable standard! He was meticulous in his planning and checking before the installation, he talked us through the pros and cons of different options that we had with the different elements and his advice was always excellent. He really helped put into action the vision that we had in our heads. Lee worked exceptionally hard on the job, he's very tidy and organised and he coordinated everything superbly. It has turned out even better than we had envisioned, his problem solving skills are second to none and his attention to detail to make the little (but significant) differences were outstanding and very much appreciated by us. We could not be happier with his work and we would thoroughly recommend him, the man is a magician!

A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.
