Andy was absolutely fabulous. Having a little girl we were pretty upset at having a rat issue, but he quickly put our minds at ease. He used a variety of methods, and rat proofed our house, and the problem was gone in under two weeks. He was reliable and friendly throughout. We were actually on holiday for some of the time, and he came and did what he needed whilst we were away, keeping us informed throughout. I can't recommend Brough Pest Control highly enough.

Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! Discrete van and he was extremely polite and informed me of what we was needed to deal with the pest issue. He was so reassuring and guaranteed the work. We cannot recommend Luke enough. He's punctual, really knowledgeable and did a fantastic job removing two large bees nests from our property, leaving the site clean and tidy. Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! We discovered a wasps nest in our loft on a Sunday and a freind found Ian’s website so we messaged him expecting a reply during the week. Ian replied instantly, in short order was on the phone and arranged to come the next day - Ian arrived exactly as he said he would, told us what he would do before starting his work, and proceeded immediately. I can't thank Ian enough from his prompt response to my WhatsApp message and the initial survey of our property and then coming up with a plan of action. Within an couple of hours he had already trapped one of our "none paying lodgers" So after several months now of camera monitoring by Ian and trapping we can sleep easy without the scratching noises from above.
