My child really enjoys learning that is tailored to his needs in steps that are achievable. His confidence has grown and he is applying his learning to his school work. The staff are friendly, encouraging and take the time to know your child. Communication has been great and they have made learning purposeful, engaging and fun. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding, my daughter has been attending KIP for 4 years, she is only where she is with the help and support she has received from Hayley and Liz. Our daughter has been having tutoring with Johanna for just over six months. When she started she felt really overwhelmed by her maths at school and believed that she just couldn't do it. Johanna has not only taught her how to tackle questions but also improved her confidence. We have been given some great links to maths games and activities to do at home and these have really helped cement what's she's learning in class and in tutoring. Overall, it's been a great investment in both her learning and her confidence.

Our daughter really enjoys her math lessons with Johanna and is really reassuring to watch her confidence improving. Johanna went through to identify all gaps and they are working towards covering gaps and building solid foundations. Neil has been tutoring my son in Maths snd Further Maths since the Covid era. It has been such a blessing. Not only did my son get top marks for GCSE, but also inspired to take those subjects for his A levels. Neil has a huge library of resources of past papers. He also has contemporaneous knowledge about the marking system and changes in syllabus which is obviously an additional help. Tutor Doctor in Hull have provided multiple courses for my children over the last 2 years. Their remote learning sessions are very well structured with full session reports and a dedicated online platform including guided learning hour logs and a full history for audit and revision purposes. The background work that Ian put in prior to our first meeting was excellent and on his initial visit he was extremely professional and spent a lot of time with my daughter listening to her needs and found out what parts of her A level biology course she needed help with . Ian was non judgemental and took time to find out what was important to her with her learning style and matched her with a great tutor called Celia. She is one lesson down and even now, is starting to believe that she can turn her grades around because of this

Very good experience using this company. Ian was very quick to respond to my enquire and spent 20+ minutes on the phone with me, discussing my needs. Only a day later I was matched up with my tutor, a few days later I met up with my new maths tutor, Giovanni, who is friendly, a great teacher and very patient, for our first session. I Would recommend to anyone who either needs that bit more help with whichever subject, maybe to restore some confidence and someone needs guidance right from the start of their tutoring journey.

There’s not enough stars to rate John!! When I contacted John, my daughter was nearing the end of her first year of A levels. She was failing Maths and was completely and utterly lost at school. And all we wanted was for her to pass! The results were declared a couple of days ago- she got an A !! John is an excellent tutor all round and I cannot recommend him enough. From explaining concepts to giving her shortcuts to save time to the resources he provides on his website, my daughter’s confidence just grew and grew. It was an amazing transformation to witness! John is an extremely dedicated tutor who cares about his students and helps them to achieve their goal. We feel so lucky to have discovered John. He worked with our daughter offering weekly sessions over the course of a year. Over this period, our daughter changed from being worried about having chosen the wrong A levels, to growing into a confident and able mathematician. This was genuinely down to John’s top quality tutoring, his support, encouragement & fantastic knowledge of the Maths A level exam system. We don’t believe that she’d have achieved an A* & A in her Maths & Further Maths A levels without John’s sessions. When we first started the tutor sessions with Nicola we weren't sure what to expect. Nicola far surpassed any expectations we had for a tutor. Nicola is a kind, dedicated, conscientious tutor. She brought my step-son from a place of thinking he can do nothing to he can achieve anything. With Nicola's hard work he passed his 11+ with flying colours. Any issues we ever ran into Nicola worked hard to resolve them and was very quick to respond if we needed anything. I can highly recommend Tutor Doctor. The team have been working with my son who has SEN, to provide him with some education this past term, as he has not been able to attend school. Had a good experience with Isaac our personal tutor for son's GCSE maths retake. Son failed his maths but was able to resit again in Jan 2025. Isaac was brilliant, had private tutor for 1 hr pw. My son passed his maths with flying colours, well worth the money, could highly recommend Tutor Doctor.
