Went for an evening meal and I have the say that thing that makes the night are the people. They are great fun and have a laugh. The food was lovely, medium curry was slightly hotter than I'm used to but very tasty.

We visited to celebrate my 50th birthday, just the two of us, so very low-key. We booked over the phone, and there was a little confusion with the name for the booking when we arrived as they had heard something different over the phone. They sorted our table eventually. All of the staff were very chatty and friendly. You could tell there were quite a few regulars on first name terms. We ordered, and the food came quite quickly. It was all delicious (I loved the mint yoghurt dip!). The food was very flavoursome and cooked perfectly. We did discover that the rice comes as single person portions, so not really for sharing.We will definitely be back again.

First time visit to this venue and we were not disappointed!! From the warm welcome as we arrived, the staff were friendly, conversational and attentive - without being overbearing. The food was delicious with plentiful portions and the menu offers ample choice. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and friendly and not overcrowded,with seating available on ground and 1st floor. All in all we had a very enjoyable evening and would highly recommend Abdal's Kitchen. Our grateful thanks to all the staff!

Absolutely delicious food, i would say it was the best Indian meal I have ever had. And the staff were amazing - so friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic evening and would 100% recommend Abdal's.

I'm a big fan of Guy Martins so a visit to this pub was long overdue, I took my son for lunch, lots of choice from the menu and daily specials board. We opted for the Club sandwich, and we wasn't disappointed, home made chips, amazing sandwich, homemade pot of coleslaw. It was delicious, washed down with a lovely pint of Guinness, lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly,welcoming and offered local places of interest to visit. Loads of outdoor seating, if planning a trip over it may be worth ringing ahead and booking a table to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended pub to visit.

Food was amazing and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning for the fish platter...so many dishes to choose from that were mouth watering.

Staying nearby for work. Didn’t fancy hotel food, quick google maps browse found this pub nearby. Popped in without a booking, very busy with a birthday party going on, however they squeezed us into the bar area, nice traditional pub feel. Nice wide and varied menu, vegan and gluten free options available. Impossible not to find something you would like. Went for the burger, and wasn’t disappointed, portions are generous, price is incredible value. Everything was freshly prepared, good choice of drinks. Left completely full. We enjoyed so much, we returned the next night, gammon, and monstrous onion rings! Firmly a definite place to eat when we are in the area. All staff were very friendly and good humoured. Added bonus, if you need it, couple of EV charge points.

Not sure what the pubs like because we only use the car park with our walking group. Jolly Miller is very kind to let us use it for parking.

Probably one of the best pubs / restaurants in the area. Food is always amazing especially the freshly stone baked pizzas, great size function room, friendly staff and very well maintained.

Lovely little caravan site, so quiet and relaxing. Beautiful food, really friendly staff and the facilities are great. Underfloor heated shower block is beyond cosy! We've been twice now, going to book two times again next year. Dog friendly site and restaurant, open all year round!!

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained everything clearly. We had booked a caravan pitch on the lakeside. The site is very well cared for and the showers/toilets are spotless. We also used the restaurant. The staff there are amazing. The Sunday dinner was the best I've ever eaten. Delicious! The pitches themselves are small and tightly packed in, which isn't the best, but overall a lovely stay . Adult only is a big bonus .

Stayed a week in the Cygnet Lodge over new year. Never been before but will definitely be returning. Beautiful clean lodges that were warm and cosy and had everything needed. Hot tub was amazing! On site restaurant was great serving delicious food. All staff we came across were SO nice. First lodge we stayed in with no dishwasher so missed that but we managed washing up so it was fine. Top marks for everything and everyone from us!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing we purchased the box with a few extras for our family. It was delivered to our lodge and was red hot. Keep up the good work.

We have been impressed with the new menu and quality of food Home made dishes with fresh ingredients that show pride in what they are serving. Lovely pub vibe.

We had our works Christmas meal here and the food was astounding. Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommended.

Thursday 12th of September four of us had lunch/dinner, and I must say how great all our meals were. And served with a friendly and attentive waitress. It was really worth the trip, and we shall be returning.

Lovely little pub in a quiet area. The food is excellent I myself had the steak and Guinness pie which was lovely and my partner had the chicken strips which she enjoyed. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet meal.

3 of us had a delicious meal the other night. Food was plentiful, hot and well presented. Service excellent and staff very pleasant and attentive. Reasonably priced too! Will definitely go back again and recommend. Thank you.

Came for a birthday meal, the food was lovely and very fairly priced. service was great for the most part, however it seemed as though one waiter, who we all thought was the owner/manger by the way he was acting, was acting above everyone else and almost bullying the lovely waiter who was serving us. It ruined the experience slightly for us all.

Came here for a spontaneous meal with my parents and had a really lovely evening. Our server Sid was very friendly and attentive and the manager, whose name I didn’t get, was also really friendly and gave some excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and I would recommend :)

Amazing tasty food service was brilliant definitely going back to The Mint when we go back to Brigg

The Loft is a nice cosy cafe good selection of dishes always plenty of options on the specials board as well . Lovely friendly staff only downside is it is upstairs with no other access

The cosiest country pub with the best homemade food. The staff are so friendly - this pub boasts a lovely warm and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The place is great for fish and chips, the chips ar crunchy and not greasy and as you can see by my picture's you may need a second plate to put this fish on. However since the refurbishment the quality of the sausages is no where near as good they must go back to the true butcher they used in lincoln before the blaze. I was looking forward to my sausage and mash today but felt very let down by the quality of the current suplier used, people can taste difference so please change this now. Other than that its a great place to eat, sunday dinner also, plus if they have the good sausages back I'll have my pigs in blankets again.

First time being here since it's reopened, and the food was spot on, far better than last time I was there. Would highly recommend going there if you are after high quality food, good sized portions for a very reasonable price. Only down fall In my opinion was that staff was not 100%, yes they were polite and professional, but they could of done with knowing there menu a little better what's in it and what it comes with ext ext ... All in all 9.5/10, was very impressed, will definitely be returning the future.

We went tonight for an impromptu meal with family and wow, what an experience!! The service - second to none! Such a friendly, inviting atmosphere. We ate in the lounge and it was the best area for us…would always want to sit here when we return.. The food - unbelievable, presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The prawn cocktail for starter is a must!! The home cooked chips and peppercorn sauce that came with the steak… 🤤 I would 100% recommend this gorgeous little pub to anyone wanting a wonderful night of dining, drinks and good times. The perfect pub vibe for a cold winter night. Looking forward to our next visit ❤️ Thank you ☺️

Came in today (not our first visit) and ordered myself the Giant Yorkie with mince, mash, veg and Gravy. Unfortunately they were out of giant yorkies however did provide a couple of small instead making me very happy. Food was just as beautiful as always and fairly priced. My meal was £7.25 and has completely filled me, most likely for the day.

Lovely little diner with nice friendly staff. I explained that myself and my husband are on a diet for medical reasons and they couldn’t have been nicer. They made us up an enormous prawn salad which we both really enjoyed. Big thumbs up to this lovely place 😊

First visit to this place. Needed a coffee and ended up with the hot pork stuffing & apple sauce roll....lovely! Lovely staff, quick service reasonable prices. We will visit again 😊
