Becca was so understanding and informative, and was only there to help. No judgement but quite happily (& gently) informed me I’d been a bit naive fool with taking other advice - always a positive to learn when it comes to the dogs! Completely above and beyond but was no rush - we were in for approx 40 mins having any questions answered and options discussed. The guidance was needed and very much appreciated. Moved 30 miles away and the visit yesterday is exactly why I decided to stay with Belvoir. A caring private veterinary practice with an amazing atmosphere in all staff. Have used many different vets previously & have never known a practice to be so happy. There’s clearly a good reason! Thank you from us!

I cannot recommend Belvoir Vets enough. Unfortunately, we switched vets at a sensitive and upsetting time and I can't begin to express the care, sensitivity, and attention of the staff, especially Becca. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate practice that really put their customers' needs first and it's the little touches after such a devastating time that really stood out for me. We miss Jiminie every day but know we did the right thing under the guidance of the right vet. Thank you all so much.

The most wonderful team welcomes you and your animals. 1 of my dogs hated the last vets we went to but gets really excited when we go here. Lovely examination rooms where you sit on a sofa with your pets and they all clearly love their jobs. Brilliant.

Best vets I've ever been to. Good parking facilities and an impressive waiting area with a quieter section for cats and small animals. Had made an appointment because was worried about my elderly cat. Sadly, she had to be put to sleep but was treated so compassionately by the vet and everything was handled in such a caring way.The receptionists were also so kind .Received a lovely hand written card with a hand written personal message in after about 10 days which I wasn't expecting. So lovely. Would highly recommend this vets to anyone and will be returning with any future pets . Thank you to all at Wolds Vets for making a very heartbreaking time more bearable.

We have used the services of Wolds Vets very regularly since 2022 but started with the practice in 2021. Our lovely old cat, Moppet, received the very best of care and treatment since becoming diabetic in 2022. He sadly died recently and the compassion shown by the team has been very much appreciated. Over two years Moppet has seen vets Pete, Megan, Leroy and Daphne and been well cared for by the clinical team including the brilliant veterinary nurses. He had diabetes management with Beth who called us regularly to keep up to date with his progress. The staff talked about Moppet with enthusiasm and warmth which touched myself and the rest of Moppet's family. His end of life care was very sudden and handled with much compassion and understanding. Wold’s vets is simply incredible. Philip operated on my beautiful dog Daisy’s hind leg after she suffered a spiral fracture. He did an excellent job and she is recovering well! It was the most worrying 3 days that Daisy was away from us but the staff at Wolds rang us and kept us updated on how she’d slept, what she’d eaten and how she was doing each and every day. They genuinely cared & really understood how painful it was for us being away from her. I could never thank Philip & the staff enough for keeping our baby safe & giving her the help she needed

After a troubling misdiagnosis from another clinic, I brought my dog, Evie, to Old Registry Vets for a second opinion. The difference in care and professionalism was immediately apparent. The vet thoroughly examined Evie and immediately questioned the initial diagnosis. He allowed me to be present during the ultrasound, explaining everything he was looking at in detail. It was reassuring to see how meticulous and knowledgeable he was. He quickly identified that Evie did not have Pyometra but bladder stones, and provided a clear and effective treatment plan. David saved my dogs life after a serious dog attack and head trauma, he is an incredibly skilled surgeon, not only did he put my dog back together, he also dealt with us having a complete anxiety meltdown. He was calm, professional and competent, and we cannot put into words how grateful we are. My dog was an inpatient for 13 nights, every single member of staff, from nurses, receptionists and the cleaning staff were absolutely brilliant. I know that my lovely dog would not still be here without the excellent care and compassion she received. Everyone went above and beyond for her, I cannot be more grateful for that, brilliant vets xx

I would just like to thank every member of this fantastic team! After having a very poorly dog she desperately needed to see a vet.After calling my vets who id been with for years to be told no appointments and probably none for a couple of days I rang the old Registry who fitted me in within 45 minutes and registered both my dogs instantly.She was seen twice and given a very thorough check by 2 different vets ,sadly she deteriorated.I rang the vets and agreed to have my beautiful girl put to sleep in the comfort of her own home. Everyone was so kind from the receptionists the vet nurses and vets themselves.So much compassion and all obviously in the right job.A big thankyou to David and the nurse who came to the house(sorry didn't get your name) to put my baby to sleep just how she'd want it to be surrounded by everyone who loved her dearly. Great prices! Excellent 7 day opening hours and service! Well done to every team member,my baby is now over the rainbow bridge and out of pain Thankyou all❤️

Very Friendly, Professional and Modern Vets. Had to book in our 8 year old dog for a "MOT" and to check a muscular injury. We managed to get an appointment quickly, he was seen to quickly on the day of the appointment and given a thorough check up and a good fuss for good measure! Prescribed a quick course of tablets for the muscle pain and within 3 days he was back to his usual mad cap self! Excellent value for money and this will certainly be our Vets for many years to come

Being new to the area, Lincoln Edge Vets were chosen purely on their positive reviews. Our dog was getting increasingly poorly and when contacted they registered and offered an appointment with minimal delay. It was clear that the Vets genuinely cared for our dog, and over the course of 2 weeks not only tried all options available but were always accommodating for short notice appointments. Unfortunately, it transpired that there was nothing they could do to help our dog and the decision was made, in the best interests of our dog, to put her to sleep. They were professional yet empathetic during a time of sadness to our family. Prioritising our needs over closing time of the Vets to ensure we had our chance to spend some final minutes with our pet. They couldn't have done more and it was appreciated. On collecting the ashes from the Vets, we were touched to find they had given sympathy cards from the practice complete with paw prints as a memento from our dog. Fur cuttings were also given which we weren't expecting but again were a nice and appreciated gesture. Cannot recommend Lincoln Edge enough. They have been outstanding and can see why they have only 5 star reviews. We're so appreciative of their help and support and made a very sad period that bit easier.

1st time I had been today and they were very friendly. Their prices are good not to expensive like most vets. Will defo be going there again as and when needed

My dogs are new patients, seen a few months ago for their jabs, my Scottie needed her teeth cleaning, and the bad ones removing. Very kind, caring service, Ian even offered to put my dog in the car. Very happy with the service, and price. Excellent vet.

Ian is a fantastic vet, very calming for both pets and owners. My dog loves seeing him. I rang him on a Sunday evening as my old girl hurt her leg, he saw us straight away and checked her over. He's very knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind hearted.

I have been using this practice since 2003, through the changes and the move, and have always found them friendly, professional and understanding. Our dog never likes going but he is always ok when we get to see the vet. Great practice.

We have used this practice for over ten years and all has been great. Got an appointment within the hour and saw the vet who was so gentle with my nervous boy who had swallowed a small toy. X-rays told us he needed surgery and all was clearly explained. Picked him up at tea time and had all his care clearly explained. Just hope his recovery goes well now. Lovely staff from reception to nurses to vets. Many thanks.

Only had to use the vets on 3 occasions thankfully but each time they have been lovely. The first time I wasn't even registers with them and they saw my cat as a priority. The 2nd time was a check up and her teeth were very decayed so she had to have most of them out. I was so worried how she'd be on the day and she was absolutely fine and no bother apparently 😁. How they managed to not feed her for a few hours I don't know as she's a greedy little fur baby. I cannot recommended this vets practice and all the staff enough. Definitely 5 stars.

Nice friendly vets! Last time I went in gor my cats annual vacation, i was in and out in 25 mins! Great! Normally they make me wait 20 mins before they even seen me!! But found out why when I got home, that they started a rating system and I got a email to review how good they were. If thats all it takes to make them keep on time then please keep this system for next year :) definitely recommend bringing your pet here! Bit over priced, but who isn't these days?

I have been attending this practice for around 10 years or more. The vets and nurses and assistants and reception staff are all incredible. We have met all the vets and all the nurses and all the reception staff as we seem to be there regularly! Recently our 17 year old cat was seriously ill and we ended up having to put him to sleep. We were all devastated. Firstly one of the vets called me to go through things and make me feel better about the decision to euthanise. When we took him in the vet that saw us explained everything. My daughter is autistic and she was distraught but wanted to be there with our cat. The vet made sure that she understood what was going to happen and told us exactly what he was doing and what he was going to do. He even brought in a comfy blanket for him to lay on. After he arranged cremation for us and explained that they would call us when he returned. When we went to collect the ashes I got a lovely hug from one of the receptionists. They even wrote a card and collected a bit of his fur for us and got his paw prints. I can’t thank them enough for their compassion and care. They’ve repaired one of my other cats cruciate ligaments in her 2 back legs also. Again they were so helpful and kind and just really thorough. I highly recommend this vet practice. They do as much as they possibly can and truly care about your animals health.

This isn't the first time I've said this, but the staff on reception really make this vets the best one I've been to. So often I've encounter coldness on a vetinary reception but not here, not only are they warm and friendly, but they're so personalable and easy to talk with. We all have that feeling of wanting to do right by our pets whilst being anxious about the cost of vet fees, and I know we all feel that pressure and doubt whilst a vet tells us everything they're going to do and prescribe that we wonder about the cost and necessity of. But after my appointment the receptionist was so understanding and non-judgemental, she gave me time to think about each item and was forthcoming with individual pricing so that I could pick and choose by priority. She gently upsold me by noting the 10% discount from the pet plan without making me feel pressured. I really hope the staff are treated with the respect and appreciation they deserve because this truly is a make-or-break for which vet service I use.

Although I had my own vet, and a dog that was Insured, a week before Christmas she got so unwell I had to take her in, treatment consisted of what I could pay for and not what she actually needed!! They wouldn’t even give her antibiotics as I couldn’t pay for them so this amazing vets was found via a million phone calls and emails all over the place, and they found a solution for us, they even took my insurance policy and claimed direct so I didn’t have to find the money first! Something my own vets Wouldn’t do! And the vets are very thorough, it’s all about the well-being of animals and not money. Needless to say this is now my new vets

Have to say the staff went above and beyond to help my cat banana in the last few hours that she had on this earth. Helped me keep something to remember her by. Staff was very helpful and compassionate. I hope that if your reading this that you all do an amazing job ❤️
