Absolutely great staff and very knowledgeable dr Lukasz who always is fully prepared for the appointment and have excellent knowledge about dogs. Rest of the staff very friendly and helpful on every step of my journey at the Brigg branch. Highly recommended

Really impressed by Lukasz' care and attention to detail. He was so gentle with our 13 year old cat. We also liked the healthcare package offered by Medivet.

Everything is great apart from the car park. Spent so much money on the refurb that didn't even need doing but leave the car park in a state. So many potholes etc. I have complained about it no end but nothing gets done. I now have to park at Aldi and walk because it's just no good for my car

I want to share my appreciation of how the staff were so kind and considerate when we took our dog in to be treated. It turned out to be advanced cancer and within days we had to have him put to sleep. Could not have had a nicer practice to take care of him.

David saved my dogs life after a serious dog attack and head trauma, he is an incredibly skilled surgeon, not only did he put my dog back together, he also dealt with us having a complete anxiety meltdown. He was calm, professional and competent, and we cannot put into words how grateful we are. My dog was an inpatient for 13 nights, every single member of staff, from nurses, receptionists and the cleaning staff were absolutely brilliant. I know that my lovely dog would not still be here without the excellent care and compassion she received. Everyone went above and beyond for her, I cannot be more grateful for that, brilliant vets xx

I would just like to thank every member of this fantastic team! After having a very poorly dog she desperately needed to see a vet.After calling my vets who id been with for years to be told no appointments and probably none for a couple of days I rang the old Registry who fitted me in within 45 minutes and registered both my dogs instantly.She was seen twice and given a very thorough check by 2 different vets ,sadly she deteriorated.I rang the vets and agreed to have my beautiful girl put to sleep in the comfort of her own home. Everyone was so kind from the receptionists the vet nurses and vets themselves.So much compassion and all obviously in the right job.A big thankyou to David and the nurse who came to the house(sorry didn't get your name) to put my baby to sleep just how she'd want it to be surrounded by everyone who loved her dearly. Great prices! Excellent 7 day opening hours and service! Well done to every team member,my baby is now over the rainbow bridge and out of pain Thankyou all❤️

Our 5yr dog became seriously ill while we were at our lodge on a Saturday. Luckily to find Aldervale veterinary practice open. They fitted an appointment in for us straight away even though our dog isn't registered with them. They dealt with our dog and ourselves with dignity and respect and went through all the procedures and cost of treatment. Initially our dog was started off on treatment but had to be transferred to Market rasen for further tests and additional treatments for 3 nights. It was touch and go for our fur baby and very upsetting and anxious for us. They gave us regular phone updates to. Thanks to the amazing veterinary support from the team he pulled through. We highly recommend Aldervale vets, Ashby-By-Partney. Many thanks to all of you ❤️

Friendly, professional practice with lovely staff! Our little one had to have surgery and I was extremely nervous. The nurse was so sweet and encouraging with us. She talked through the whole procedure and put our minds at rest, whilst making a fuss of our girl and talking sweetly to her. Later she called for us to collect her and was once again cheery and encouraging. We received first class treatment, so want to say "Thank you and well done!"

Sadly we had to have our dog put to sleep. The nurse and vet on duty that terrible evening were superb in dealing with 2 grieving owners. Talking to us during the process and giving us as much time with our Little Miss to say goodbye. Will never forget your compassion and kindness. Ian & Michelle

Superb service, care and attention. All the staff make you feel valued and explain clearly and concisely their prognosis, and at no point do you feel rushed or pressured. I had an emergency with my dog and after phoning was told to come in straight away and was seen within 10 minutes. Highly recommended 👍

Veterinary is very good, they offer very good service and staff is very helpful. They offer some plans for pets which is much cheaper then normal prices for pets care, vacations and the others. My Moms cat had surgery there, was eyelids correcting and she was very happy. It was all very professional and couples of weeks there was no any signs of surgery. Highly recommend that place. Very professional and friendly.

We've been using these vets for 2 1/2 years now for our cat, we have always found the reception team helpful. This visit was just for his yearly valuations, the vet gave him a check over and did a through job, she was very interested in his background and how we manged to meet him.

Medivet could not have been more caring, professional and understanding when our beloved lady Lulu became unwell with a very aggressive tumour. Bianca especially was our go-to vet who we had total faith in. She was always very knowledgeable, explained our options clearly, and this made making sometimes impossible decisions easier to make. We can not thank her enough for caring so much and being a beacon of light at such a dark time for our family. Rebecca also showed so much kindness and stayed with me on that 1st day helping us to find the best place for Lulu to have her scans, reassuring me that she was doing everything in her power to get Lulu seen as soon as possible, even speaking to us out of hours. My pet suddenly became very ill. Receptionist got me in for an appointment straight away. The vet was very thorough and kind. Saw to all the needs I needed. Can't fault them.

Friendly and welcoming, caring attitude to both myself and my pets , they were attentive and listened to what I needed to explain to them of my pets symptoms.

Was so scared about going to a vet due to previous experience at a different one in town but I’m so glad I went here. Completely put my mind at ease and nothing was too much to answer or check. My ragdoll got spade and the stitches and area was so clean and well looked after I was shocked compared to my other cat at previous vet. I’m so so grateful to everyone who dealt with her and made sure I was okay to.

We saw the Vet as an emergency, in Scunthorpe two nights ago. She was absolutely lovely and examined our dog thoroughly. As she was calm it followed that my daughter and I were calm. Unfortunately he passed over this morning. I rang the Vet Surgery in Scunthorpe and the lady I spoke to was compassionate and helpful. I would not hesitate to pass on information for them.

Our rabbit ended up getting attcked and was very injured. The vets and receptionists were very quick and did a good job stiching her up. The medication instructions were easy to follow. Only issue was the price of it all but it's the same with any place.

First vist today, Ozzie can be quite excitable at the vets, but everyone was so calm that it made for an easy visit. Very happy with the local recommendations for Rase vets, as we are new to the area Feel confident Ozzie and Molly will be well looked after.

Great staff, polite and so lovely with us i felt so ease leaving my pet in their care as i felt he was in great hands with the vet and staff. They dont judge and they explain everything clearly and answer any question with no problem.

The staff are helpful and friend. The vet was very attentive to our pet. He put any worries or concerns that we had at ease. Love going to the Crowle surgery as it is very friendly, bright and my dog wasn’t at all nervous

Ladies on reception were very welcoming and informative, knew pets name before we even booked in and gave our cat a warm welcome. Got seen early Vet very polite and friendly with our cat.

The time taken to make sure I understood everything and reassurance given. How beautifully the nurse responded to my dog, so she happily went off with the nurse. I really appreciate never feeling rushed, which is really excellent when surgery is involved and a bit of anxiety felt by me. Also the follow up phone calls really appreciated too. Makes me feel reassured that the team are still involved and interested in my dogs welfare

Registration and booking of the appointment was speedy and professional. Great communication skills. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the reception staff and they engaged us in a conversation. Very friendly and approachable. The vet was fantastic, very chatty and professional. Would highly recommend.

We were attended to quite promptly. The vet talked us through what he was doing as he checked our cat. His explanation of his findings was very helpful and he also did so when he gave her an injection. At each stage he explained his options and why he had made the choice that he did.

Fabulous experience at Winterswan Vets. Took all 3 dogs to be vaccinated. The Vet was lovely and also checked over our dogs. Always very helpful and friendly.

Nice friendly vets! Last time I went in gor my cats annual vacation, i was in and out in 25 mins! Great! Normally they make me wait 20 mins before they even seen me!! But found out why when I got home, that they started a rating system and I got a email to review how good they were. If thats all it takes to make them keep on time then please keep this system for next year :) definitely recommend bringing your pet here! Bit over priced, but who isn't these days?

Great service today, seen at short notice and the reception staff were happy and smiling and the vet was very thorough, not rushing us through, explaining everything. Very happy with the care given today.

Only had to use the vets on 3 occasions thankfully but each time they have been lovely. The first time I wasn't even registers with them and they saw my cat as a priority. The 2nd time was a check up and her teeth were very decayed so she had to have most of them out. I was so worried how she'd be on the day and she was absolutely fine and no bother apparently 😁. How they managed to not feed her for a few hours I don't know as she's a greedy little fur baby. I cannot recommended this vets practice and all the staff enough. Definitely 5 stars.

We have used this practice for over ten years and all has been great. Got an appointment within the hour and saw the vet who was so gentle with my nervous boy who had swallowed a small toy. X-rays told us he needed surgery and all was clearly explained. Picked him up at tea time and had all his care clearly explained. Just hope his recovery goes well now. Lovely staff from reception to nurses to vets. Many thanks.
