I got in touch with Pristine Clean 2 days ago regarding a carpet clean and Jay contacted me immediately and was able to clean my carpet which had a spillage within 2 days. Very reliable, trustworthy and professional team. Jay was able to get the stain out of my carpet and it’s been left smelling amazing. I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Jay for carpet cleans.

Brilliant communication and cracking job! After submitting the form regarding the quote for carpet cleaning Jay got in touch within couple of hours and came in next day to estimate the cost. We’ve booked the appointment straight away and I am really pleased with the results. Carpet looks like new! Jay is a really nice guy and definitely knows what he’s doing. Would highly recommend!

I had an end of tenancy clean. It was short notice, week before Christmas. I spoke to Jason explained my situation. Not only did the flat sparkle, the estate agent said it was one of the cleanest properties they had seen. I told them the price and they said that was a good price as well. Anson and his team provided a truly wonderful service. They did an incredible job of decluttering and deep cleaning my elderly & disabled parents' house and yard, which had got into a terrible state. Lots of rubbish was taken away. It was a huge task and they did it swiftly and very sensitively. It was well worth the £1,500 fee given all the work and people involved, and I'd heartily recommend them. My parents were both delighted. My father has Alzheimer's and was against the idea and can be difficult at times. But he was very pleased with the result, and didn't cause a fuss, which I attribute to the kindly helpers. We're looking into appointing them to do regular cleaning now to keep on top of things.

Can’t recommend Nick highly enough. Service is excellent. I received a polite non-sales reminder email that my stove and chimney were due for service, which was great as I’d forgotten. Great communication and flexibility to accommodate my change in appointment and a super clean job performed. Nick fully explains what he’s done, and any issues found with possible causes and remedies. Certificates issued via email and A thoroughly professional service start to finish. Also….. he’s a very pleasant and personable chap too.

Second time Nick has swept our chimneys and can't recommend enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and that rare breed of tradesperson that takes complete pride in their work. The work is carried out to the highest of standard and with a level of tidiness that I have never seen before. We needed some additional reassurance about an old flu liner and he carefully inspected it for any sign of deterioration. You can't take chances where fire safety is concerned and I genuinely believe you won't find a better service, professional to the end. The price is extremely reasonable for the time and effort Nick puts in. Thanks for your continued service Nick.

First time I’ve used Nick and what a difference to my previous sweep! He was so thorough,spending two hours dismantling , cleaning and lubricating the moving parts then checking with a smoke test, even checking the carbon monoxide detector. A very polite and knowledgeable man,can’t recommend him enough!

Had my driveway and back garden patio cleaned by Nathan from Collins Cleaning Specialists. I've had this done several tines by them over the years I’ve lived here. Nathan always gives a no pressure quote, arrives when he says he is going to and works hard to get the job done quickly, safely and effectively. The results are always spectacular! They also clean my windows on a regular basis. I believe their prices to be fair and competitive and therefore have no hesitation recommending them. First class!

Nath is fantastic, turns up on time, does a great job, very careful on our relatively new drive, doesn’t make any mess whatsoever, house and garage both spotless. Asked if he could just jet the garage door, did it no extra charge. Came back later and sanded the drive (no extra charge). Couldn’t speak any higher of him and would definitely recommend.
