I cannot recommend Nathan enough, Mr Captain carpet clean himself. He was brilliant. From the first enquiry to the end result. He came to clean my sofa.. and it looks brand new again, I'm so happy. It didn't take him long to do as he has all the equipment needed, very professional. He's a top bloke with competitive prices. I won't use anyone else. Thanks again Nathan, I'm chuffed to bits.

I wish I could award more than 5 stars to Coast to Country Cleaners because they are an exceptional company. They have recently performed a miracle with my wine stained tablecloths which are now spotless. They even managed to remove rust stains from 2 delicate lace tablecloths that are well over a hundred years old and had been in storage for 50 years. The team are committed professionals who know their craft and are willing to go the extra mile. Their prices are very reasonable, they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Richard did a fantastic and thorough job of our three piece suite and lounge carpet. All looks and smells amazing/like new. Richard arrived on time and as arranged, and was so friendly and informative, and even made a fuss of our baby and dog. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future. Malcolm did a fantastic job of cleaning a large corner sofa that was severely and heavily stained. Superb service, great price, complete profesional and very experienced. I have to say completely exceeded my expectations of how well the sofa came up, looks new again! No evidence of previous stains. It was easy to make the appointment, explained the process before starting the work and spoke about after care when finished. There were no hidden cost, and was able to make a super easy card payment when everything was done. I would highly recommend them and I am absolutely getting the profesional cleaning co back to do the carpets next.

Marcus was really quick at responding to my enquiry and then any further questions. He did a great job with my carpets. I have recently moved in and wanted the carpets deep cleaned. Marcus arrived early and talked me through the whole process - really nice guy and really professional. The carpets look brand new - I couldn’t believe it. It has saved us having to lay new carpet! There were even a few stains that Marcus managed to get out too. Great find and would highly recommend Marcus!

The Consummate professionals. Honestly if they stopped cleaning carpets and ovens I'd sit down and cry. I have used Shine several times in the past and they have always gone above and beyond. Most recently I had all the carpets in a 9-bedroom B&B cleaned. It is hard to describe the feeling but It is like walking into a new property. They are using all professional equipment such as the Rolls Royce of carpet cleaners, rakes and scrubbers, and use the latest chemicals and fragrances. They also move all the furniture within reason, which few carpet cleaners do. On top of that they are really nice people and so pleasant to chat to.

We bought a caravan in desperate need of cleaning, carpets, suite and oven were filthy. Thought we might have to replace the carpet it was that bad but Shine came and worked absolute magic on all of them. Lovely couple and couldn't have been more helpful.
