Mark was great. excellent communication beforehand, When he got here, he explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how the wasps would react to the powder. Now 4 days after and the wasps have not been back. What more can you ask for. Would definitely use him again if I needed his services again.

Top top bloke he came around to my flat very efficient and knew his stuff. The issues was fleas and I thought it was spring tails so he sorted the issue for me. I have reptiles and he made sure they was safe before he sprayed. Imo I would advise anyone to use this company Thank You

Mark came to us one morning to deal with a wasps nest under the lead on the roof. True to his word the wasps were gone by tea time. We also had mice in our loft which Mark dealt with in a very professional way. We would certainly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.

Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. If you want a decent guy to do a decent job then Luke's your man!

Rang Luke and had rapid response, explained that I found a wasp nest & he went through different processes on the phone including price, explained if & buts & the service he would provide prior. Literally arrived within the hour of the phone call, assessed the property & the nest, then explained in impeccable detail of how the wasps make nests and what they do, explained the treatment and removal process & got too it! Was able to completely remove the nest & remove the debris safely. Very very impressed with this service would 100% recommended & 100% use again

Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. Absolutely fantastic service, called yesterday at 3.45 got here at 5.35, huge wasp nest in our outhouse roof, I’m allergic to wasps and we have a dog who loves chasing bees etc so very important it was dealt with, after two hours the wasps were quickly dying this morning not one. I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. He could easily have told me anything, taken my money and I would have believed him. A genuine and smart guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andy
