It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!

Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. Simon and his colleague Declan arrived at the agreed time and immediately began work. This was to remove our old and non-working boiler and installing a new boiler and adding the additional pipework. This was a complicated job due to restricted space and having to go onto the roof. However, they just quietly and quickly got on with it. Simon asked if we would allow them to work until the job was finished and we happily agreed. By 7pm it was all done! It really was an awkward job but they have left us extremely happy with the result. They literally didn't stop, even for a break. We've been left with the instructions but everything was also explained to us. An excellent job and we could not be happier. 10/10 and Highly Recommended!

This company was used when we had a wet room installed. This wasn't a easy job due to the wet room being put within the garage. All the work was carried out to a high standard and we would recommend this company to do plumbing and heating work. They were neat and tidy workers, with good time keeping.

We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit. We were very happy with the service provided and the price we paid. We would definitely recommend Kev.

Steve, did a fantastic job from our boiler service to sorting out the gas board, fixing the problem with our piping as we had no pressure when hot water was turned on, installing our new hob as the old one was leaking, all done in good time, excellent workmanship very professional and polite, would highly recommend and will definitely be using Steve again

My experience with Steve and his work was second to none, I can be a bit picky and hard to please but there was nothing that concerned me at all, and we were very happy with his workmanship, we truly chose the best of the best for our boiler replacement and happy for him to come back and continue to look after our boiler, in fact in the near future we will ask him to come back and carry out more work in our home, as we would feel very comfortable and confident the job will get done to a high standard. Friendly helpful and prompt; I would recommend Steve every single time. He never lets us down and always sorts the problem out. He also did a bathroom installation for us which was brilliant.

Really impressed with Jay and Ben and the job they did. I had a pressurised water and heating system installed in the loft to replace an old vented system that was on the floor below. It was a big job with various complexities and needed further pipework rerouting to enable building work to take place as well as amending the electrics in which a previous plumber did wrong. Also a Hive system added. They offered a fair price, clearly thought through the job and it was obvious they wanted to do the best job they could. Commutation was great, they worked tirelessly and the end job was perfect. Great lads, very professional and reliable. Will use them for any plumbing work I need. The future and highly recommended to others.

We’ve been Adrip customers for a couple of years now on our complicated house renovation. I have recently had a lot of work completed at my house and I would highly recommend the team. George and Gaz in office are very helpful and are quick to come back to calls if needed. Johnny has done an amazing job with installing my new kitchen and bathroom, completing all of the woodwork required, a lot of this was done by hand including the panelling up the stairs which I am very happy with. Harry has also been very helpful with the plumbing works and a good source of entertainment. A very friendly and happy business that I would definitely use again if needed.

Professional and reliable. During the annual boiler checking and servicing, the gas engineer found there was a small amount of gas leak in the system. He carefully checked every single point and eventually had to take out the oven and found the gas leaking point was right underneath the gas hob. It was believed that the gas had been leaking for quite a long time. One important point I need to say is that the gas supply company had just replaced a new gas meter about a month ago, but they failed to find this gas leak during the meter replacement work.
