Been with Kesselmann for 5 years now, after having a new boiler fitted, also took the service warranty out as well. Just had Paul down for the annual service, and he was very good, listened to any problems we had with the system and left everything clean and tidy after completion of the service. I would certainly recommend this company for any future plumbing needs. John.

Excellent service from Kesselmann. They were quick to respond to initial approach regarding a new boiler installation, survey and quote were booked in within a few days and detailed quote sent through promptly. At all times from the initial survey to the installation both Paul and Joe have been polite, professional and knowledgeable with great customer service follow up from Claire in the office. All work was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend Kesselmann and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future work.

Kesselmann fitted my boiler a few years back and have since serviced it a couple of times. The fitting was neat, they tidied up after themselves, and they’ve always been reliable. They come on time, and send a text letting you know when the engineer is on their way. Can’t fault them.

I had received incorrect diagnoses from other engineers. However, Paul from Kesselmann immediately identified the issue with my heating system and provided valuable, tailored advice for my home. Unlike some companies that seek quick profits without considering customer needs, Paul demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. He sent Joe to fix it, who was both professional and efficient. This company and its staff are the best I’ve ever encountered. They also have an excellent system to keep customers informed from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are the ones you can trust!

I needed Bathroom fiting in short time. Mark was recomended to me as a 'Top Man for a job' :) in Grimsby. He did absolutely briliant work in my new home on Scartho Top with big smile on his face:) Mark is very realiable person who is very punctuall and nit in his work. From meeting Dave for a quote for central heating we knew we had made the right decision. We had electric heating, so it was a big job for the lads fitting all the heating system they worked extremely hard and was so professional a real credit to Beesons. We couldn't believe how they cleaned up after each day, on the final day our home was back to normal everything put back and clean. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. A shout out to Sophie who was great at keeping communications clear throughout the process Thank you and I'll certainly be using your services again.

I've used Flow a couple of times now, most recently for an under sink electric water heater installation, and they always deliver excellent and professional service. I'd definitely recommend.

Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Swift response from Ben after initially seeking advice. Excellent teamwork during the installation between Mark and Connor, tidy job with emphasis on keeping work areas clean and removing all waste. All round professional install with little fuss, completed and commissioned within a day and a half. Would definitely recommend this company.

Well what can I say!!!our Boiler broke down on us 28th December 23 leaving us without heating and hot water so that was the end of Xmas for us, 😟😩. After ringing numerous plumbers had no joy at all. Then got chatting to a friend of mine who recommended Ben Armstrong, she said he has fitted her new boiler and was absolutely brilliant 😁... I messaged Ben that evening and he was at out property the next day to assess the situation, what a diamond he is 😁😁😁.. Such a lovely friendly person, he ordered a new boiler for us there and then, gave us a price and a date to fit. There he was at the exact time he said he was coming with is mate Connor with all equipment needed. Covered all the floor, got on with the job and was finished at 2pm that same day all neatly fitted, working, cleaned up after them, explained the working of the boiler and the thermostat and said to ring him and ask for any help at all if we needed to, they took away everything with them and nothing was too much trouble and such professional work was done by them, I am So pleased I bumped into my friend that morning who recommended Ben.. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and will keep his number and only use Ben forever now for any plumbing jobs we may need n the future. Just before Christmas, we had a bodged boiler installation resulting in a gas leak and a major water leak. (A well known boiler company had subcontracted our boiler installation to 'Have a go Joe' and his dad). We got the gas leak sorted but the water leak continued after the plumber who had been sent by the company to fix the gas leak said we didn't have a water leak. Yet, water was running down the walls! Exasperated at the whole thing, I decided to try an emergency plumber instead. Despite it being the busy festive season, the Mayne team turned up within the hour to help us. It transpired that we did indeed have a water leak, as a main water pipe had been hit during the boiler installation. Reminiscent of Hercules, George from Mayne ran into our house and immediately ripped the pipes out of the wall and ceiling to stop the leak. This rapidly brought the situation under control and in the process, he heroically saved our home from further damage. Today, Mayne returned to restore the water supply to the upstairs of our property. They have taken the utmost care to not cause more damage and even cleaned up after. During what has been a horrendous couple of weeks also involving having to move into a hotel, the team from Mayne have been absolutely shining stars. Not only are they consummate professionals in their trade, but also thoroughly decent people. We are extremely lucky to have such a reputable plumbing firm in this area. Thank you to the entire Mayne team for everything you've done for us to get us back up and running. P.S. If you are comparing local plumbers or gas engineers locally, Mayne has an entire page on their website just to list all of the professional accreditations they have. The original company who installed of our boiler couldn’t even tell us if the installers were both gas safe registered! So that tells you all you need to know, including who you should be hiring for any gas or plumbing work in Grimsby or Cleethorpes (spoiler alert: Mayne!).

We had our boiler replaced and also a shower pump, the work was done to an excellent standard 👍 very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly from office staff to the workers themselves, work carried out was quick so not left without hot water and heating for long, special mention to George, lovely lad and felt at ease leaving him to do the job whilst I was out at work, we will always use Mayne from now on, highly recommend!

If Carlsberg did Gas Heating Engineers they'd be the best in the world... and probably just like Mayne Gas Heating staff!! From my initial phone call to the company about a potentially serious heating problem, Mayne couldn't have been better. The office staff were very helpful and quickly arranged an appointment for Darren to come and review the issue. The very next day he came to see us, looked at the system, explained the problem and a choice of solutions, taking the time to go through the detail. The next day a fully costed quotation arrived and a couple of additional questions from me answered. A mutually convenient date was agreed for the work to be carried out the next week and 'The A Team' duly arrived. Over the next two days the two engineers arrived on time, worked full days, explained any complications/issues that they found during the work and were generally a delight - as well as being professional and experienced staff. The work was carried out with minimal disruption and any mess was promptly cleaned up as they worked through the system. They were obviously highly experienced and qualified engineers and we were left feeling that we had our aging heating/water system was in the best shape possible - and at a cost that was excellent for the complexity of the work that had to be carried out. I have already engaged Mayne to carry out some further work and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found Mayne Gas Heating searching the web and was impressed with the many good reviews. From home inspection, quotation and central heating/boiler installation the company not only lived up to those reviews but in my opinion exceeded them. I received multiple quotations but Mayne Gas Heating was comprehensive, detailed and easy to understand. I required 8 new radiators, new combi boiler, removal of old boiler (bedroom cupboard), and removal of the loft water tanks. The installation team of Charlie, Jordon & Jacob completed the work within 3 days (heat & hot water available 2nd day) and performed a very professional job. It is what you cannot see which really impressed me. My closet in the bedroom has doubled in size with removal of the old hot water tank and the many pipes. A comprehensive removal and not just a basic removal. Even the outside wall bricks used to complete the flu was a pretty good match. Many thanks to the installation team. Darren, the office staff and the installation team performed a very professional install and for that reason award them maximum 5 stars. I highly recommend Mayne Gas Heating and will have no hesitation to use them again in the future. As of 7th January 2022 would add that I have used Mayne a further 3 times most recently performing gas boiler service. I have never been dissatisfied with the work performed. Always very timely and cost effective and most importantly service with a smile! Still a 5 star company for me and highly recommended.
