I had a problem locking my upvc door the mechanism wasn’t engaging. Contacted pixlocks via their website I received a text immediately with attendance time which was within the hour. Guy (locksmith) attended assessed the problem gave a quote to resolve it made the door safe and secure. Guy then sourced the parts contacted again to see if I was happy to move forward, parts ordered after putting in the extra work to ensure right price for me. Parts arrived next day and Guy then arranged when he could come to fix the door mechanism. All done dusted and sorted in less than 24 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Pixlocks to anyone who had any issue with their locks etc - check out their website it’s all there. If all trades people were like this a credit to his company and profession.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.

initial phone enquiry told me a possibility of two options one 35 one 55. took the car to them and within 15 minutes was driving away with a brand new fully working remote and best of all they only charged me £30. So great service, honesty and speedy with it as well. Excellent highly recommend

What fantastic service and have keys for all makes and models of vehicles as well as locks and household keys. The gentlemen are very helpful and will go above and beyond to help you. Prices are very reasonably and items are good quality. After failing to get my car key working at Timpsons and being advised that my key may need re-programming I was given Bryan’s number by my local go to garage. Bryan arrived at my house within 10 minutes of me sending him a picture of my key, fixed both of my car keys by simply changing the batteries and in the end didn’t even charge me ALL because I made him a cup of tea with biscuits. I will be using and recommending Bryan again for any car key troubles.
