From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

Spencer came to fit some french doors a did a cracking job with all the best kit. Very friendly bloke with lots of knowledge and advice. He shows the greatest pride in his work and it really shows. What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

The lock to our front door broke, locking me out at 8pm after visiting my mum in hospital. Paul came out within 15 minutes and was so kind and helpful. It was a tricky job and requirwd the whole lock mechanism to be replaced, with a new 5 lever one. Paul worked hard to get the job done that night, and was very reasonable with the price. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

Absolutely fantastic service from Roman! After losing both my keys, I was hitting dead ends with multiple companies—especially since my car is an older SsangYong. Just when I was about to give up, I found Roman’s company, and I’m so glad I did! He was out to me the very next day and worked tirelessly to cut and program two new keys, even with the challenges of my vehicle; honestly, I wouldn’t have blamed him for giving up on it, but he stuck with it and got the job done. I called Boss locks to install a key lock on an internal door. I wanted the new handle and key lock to blend in with my current door handles around the house. Henry did a great job of finding a handle that fit my criteria and blended in with all my existing brass door handles which due to their style wasn’t going to be an easy task. I am really chuffed with how it turned out. Henry was punctual, tidy, neat work and a pleasure to have.
