After nearly snapping my key in my back door, I gave Boss Locks a call. Henry was here within the hour. After 20 mins he had a new lock installed. Fantastic service. Very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I called Boss locks to install a key lock on an internal door. I wanted the new handle and key lock to blend in with my current door handles around the house. Henry did a great job of finding a handle that fit my criteria and blended in with all my existing brass door handles which due to their style wasn’t going to be an easy task. I am really chuffed with how it turned out. Henry was punctual, tidy, neat work and a pleasure to have.

The lock to our front door broke, locking me out at 8pm after visiting my mum in hospital. Paul came out within 15 minutes and was so kind and helpful. It was a tricky job and requirwd the whole lock mechanism to be replaced, with a new 5 lever one. Paul worked hard to get the job done that night, and was very reasonable with the price. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

What an amazing gentleman ! My door wouldn’t lock and was worried about safety. He was with me within a few minutes, replaced the broken mechanism (had plenty of stock on his van) and gave me tips on how to stay safe and how to keep it all lubricated. Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

Door now working better than it ever has after Sean replaced our lock, aligned the hinges and keeps and lubricated the whole thing. Very thankful for him resolving issues caused by our builder's poor door installation.

My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant.
