Manged to pull the handle off my dressing room door and couldn't get in the room. Called Spec & Fix and Sean attended rapidly unlocking the door in seconds and reattached the door handle. Highly recommend! Great service and friendly guy!

My daughter lost her keys alongside her driving licence so had to have my locks changed, decided to contact spec and fix. Sean came pretty much straight away and changed the front and back door locks. I was having difficulty locking the front door as the bolts wouldn’t align correctly. I rang Spencer and he attended within 30 mins and realigned the door and fitted new handles. Door now locks easily and invoice was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Spencer came to fit some french doors a did a cracking job with all the best kit. Very friendly bloke with lots of knowledge and advice. He shows the greatest pride in his work and it really shows. From start to finish, I received great service from Spencer. He came to replace the lock in a door I couldn’t use, as I didn’t have the key to open it. His professionalism was evident, but along with it, a truly friendly bloke. He worked neatly, quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure that I’d be able to operate the door, as the locking mechanism in the door, prior to him fitting the lock, was not properly aligned and the door was quite swollen. I’m now happy to say that all’s well! I would definitely recommend. Also, thanks for your patience and all the helpful tips you gave on my housing project.

Went in yesterday to get a few house and garage keys cut! Friendly helpful staff, quick efficient service and fantastic value vs retail key cutters at £3 per key! Highly recommend the team at Lincoln Security which helped us sort out our noisy smoke alarm. Richard visited us promptly and was very helpful. What impressed us most was their honesty and customer care, which saved us money. Our smoke alarms were fixed the following day. Couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely call them again next time.

Great company to deal with, especially Richard who has always looked after us well, he is a cockney but don't let that put you off. We will continue to use them as the prices are always competitive and communication is very good.
