Ryan did an exceptional job in ridding our loft of squirrels. He diligently came three times to review / set up / finalise the work and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Ryan if you have a pest problem.

Andy is the absolute best at what he does ! Found out I had a rat living in my kitchen and he came the very next day , found where it was coming from and put down his traps and great bate he had , and it was caught within a few hours! He then came the next day and took it away and has took extra measures to make sure there are no more! Couldn’t recommend anyone else !very kind and considerate, even checked on the joining house too! Thank you very much

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

We cannot recommend Luke enough. He's punctual, really knowledgeable and did a fantastic job removing two large bees nests from our property, leaving the site clean and tidy. Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was amazing right from the off. His communication was excellent and after speaking to him I felt at ease. I was a little worried about him judging me but I felt so happy after speaking to him. He offered to travel to me over 100 miles away and worked his diary around my availability. I had a wasp issue in my walls. These guys were great. Very friendly, explained what they would be doing, and any costs involved. They were running late, but called to update me. When they arrived, they got straight to work, and got rid of the wasps immediately. I would definitely use them again.

I rang up today , as myself and my husband came across a wasp nest in our shed. And I spoke with a very nice polite lady, and explained what we had come across. She sent Trevor out to deal with it and he was a very nice polite chap. We was completely impressed with their professionalism. We highly recommend this business. Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.

I thought I had a wasps nest so called PESTCOTEK last night around 7.30pm. Andy said he would be with me the next morning to have a look and give me a quote. He was true to his word and very quickly identified that my 'wasps' were in fact honey bees and explained very knowledgeably that the swarm I had witnessed was the worker bees protecting the vulnerable queen bee as she relocated. Who knew? 🙂 He said that the stragglers should disperse in the next few days but if I had any problems to call him. He could easily have told me anything, taken my money and I would have believed him. A genuine and smart guy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Andy

Andy responded to carry out an assessment of the area of concern. His expertise identified the issues straight away allowing the swift treatment. His relaxed nature and ability to effectively communicate what was going on a why, how to deal with issue, and prevent a recurrence was excellent and reassuring. Mark came to us one morning to deal with a wasps nest under the lead on the roof. True to his word the wasps were gone by tea time. We also had mice in our loft which Mark dealt with in a very professional way. We would certainly recommend him for any pest problems you may have.

Top top bloke he came around to my flat very efficient and knew his stuff. The issues was fleas and I thought it was spring tails so he sorted the issue for me. I have reptiles and he made sure they was safe before he sprayed. Imo I would advise anyone to use this company Thank You
