I have used Anglian Pest Control before and they have always resolved the pest problem. Rob is the best, very happy with the service he provided. I highly recommend them. I definitely will be using them again in the future.

Highly recommend Marcus at Broadway Environmental Services. I made a (panic induced) call to them this (Sunday) morning, he picked up, advised and despite working all day, came to mine just after 6pm. Fortunately what I thought to be a wasps nest turned out to be a swarm of bees which have now, thankfully, moved on. I called Clive as I thought we had a minor issue. He visited promptly and was professional throughout. After inspection, Clive didn’t feel the need to deal with the problem as it was very minor and advised us on what to do, and saved us money in the long run. Very professional and honest! Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. He returned on a further three occasions until he was happy that no further activity was taking place and he was able to seal the identified areas and thoroughly clean and disinfect the area. We cannot recommend Simon highly enough! When we first discovered signs of a rat in the cavities of our home, Simon promptly arranged an initial visit to assess the situation. His knowledge, professionalism, and thorough approach were immediately evident, and he gave us clear advice on how he would address the problem. When the situation escalated he responded within minutes of our call, the rat entered our living space with children present. Fergal arrived and took onboard what the problem was and where i thought the mice were entering the property. He then did a thorough check of the boundary including lean to sheds and a flat roof. He then went into the loft for further inspection. He then went on to seal up (using a sealer containing metal to deter the mice) where he had seen potential entry points around the property and also supplied a rodant deterent spray for me to use going forward. Very impressed with Fergals knowledge/professionalism and friendly approach. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing pest control and wont hesitate to call them again if needed. Local family business rather than a big commercial business which in my opinion is better as they go that extra mile.

Fergal visited next day after I contacted the Company. Very knowledgeable, polite snd friendly he conducted a thorough examination of the burrow in the ground and the surrounding area. Advised me on the best option. Very happy with the prompt service.

Super prompt service came the same day (just turned up!) Thorough inspection for mice in the garage. Suggested other work that might be beneficial (possible ways into the house) Checked the house which I didn’t expect. Put down traps and came back and rechecked regularly (some appointments were missed or were late to) I was late with my bill. Absolutely my fault as it was more than I anticipated (the extra work was done without me realising (I was really looking to delay it but couldn’t say no to the upsell and it was done whilst I wasn’t there) but planned to use my credit card to pay. My only criticism of ppm who had been brilliant throughout was that you can’t pay by credit card!!! This was an absolute pain and if I had known I would have probably delayed the services as I felt terrible being such as awful payer/customer to a small business.

Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Gino arrived within a couple of hours of my phone call and identified our problem very swiftly. Remedial action was undertaken immediately and two follow up visits ensured that everything was secured. I cannot recommend this service too highly - excellent attention to detail, clear explanations and timely follow up visits. We will not hesitate to call Gino again if the need arises!

After finding a wasp nest in the dorma, tried doing it myself but multiple stings and expletives later conceded to call in the professional. Gino was recommended by a friend. Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Gino returned today and installed gutter brushes and mesh. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again.

She sent Trevor out to deal with it and he was a very nice polite chap. We was completely impressed with their professionalism. We highly recommend this business. Absolutely outstanding service from ringing up and speaking to a lovely lady who dealt with this promptly and was so helpful she was able to get Damien here within an hour of myself ringing up! Discrete van and he was extremely polite and informed me of what we was needed to deal with the pest issue. He was so reassuring and guaranteed the work. Pleased to have had such a knowledgeable professional person and I feel reassured of the service they are providing. Damien is a credit to this company. Highly recommend.

Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. I would highly recommend the services of this company and staff.
