As business owners in the countryside we do get various pest issues that need to be dealt with and Andy and his team are always there for us when needed. We have used them for many years now. They have helped us with rats, wasps, moles and more. If it is a pest then they can deal with it for you. Andy is brilliant and the guys that work with him are equally as good. We have a maintenance contract with them and they keep an eye on everything for us.

Andy undertook bird proofing work on our solar panels. He arrived promptly at our previously arranged time. Discussed what needed to be done. Assessed number of panels to be proofed. Efficiently proceeded to complete work requested. We were subsequently sent a report with photographs of the work he had undertaken. Very professional. Highly recommended. We will definitely call on Andy again if further pest control work is required.

Simon was absolutely brilliant! We (unfortunately) needed his help with a rodent problem under our kitchen units. We called Simon who promptly arrived to investigate. His calm, professional manner along with his knowledge and expertise soon had the area surveyed and a plan of action put in place. Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. After finding a wasp nest in the dorma, tried doing it myself but multiple stings and expletives later conceded to call in the professional. Gino was recommended by a friend. Very honest, transparent and professional service with clear next steps on what I should/shouldn't see in terms of activity. Very nice chap also. Highly recommended.

I called Clive as I thought we had a minor issue. He visited promptly and was professional throughout. After inspection, Clive didn’t feel the need to deal with the problem as it was very minor and advised us on what to do, and saved us money in the long run. Very professional and honest! Since moving into a new property which had been left in a dilapidated state a year ago Clive has become our go-to for anything pest related. Consistently punctual, reliable and honest, thus far he's clear up our issues with mice, birds, wasps, flies and bugs. Superb Company- Having made contact with the office - Damien (Pest Controller) was on site that afternoon as promised. “Suffering” - from a sudden rat infestation in my garage- he explained what was needed in a very professional manner and with his knowledge and experience - orchestrated a way to clear the area. I was delighted that literally within days - there was no longer any sign of rats - and since his initial visit - none have returned. I should also add that following his first visit - Damien returned on two later occasions simply to check on the area - without my request for him to do so. Highly recommend Marcus at Broadway Environmental Services. I made a (panic induced) call to them this (Sunday) morning, he picked up, advised and despite working all day, came to mine just after 6pm. Fortunately what I thought to be a wasps nest turned out to be a swarm of bees which have now, thankfully, moved on.
