Excellent service from SEC, initial appointment was set up quickly and the work, both first and second fix, was undertaken on the day agreed. A couple of minor issues were sorted the next morning. I had power supplies installed and various modifications made for a new kitchen installation. I would recommend them.

Having recently bought a house, we had a few concerns about faulty electrics. Jonathan and his team were absolutely brilliant and booked us in much quicker than any other tradespeople we have used before. The problems were identified and rectified immediately. These guys did my entire outdoor decking, summerhouse and some work inside the house (new sockets, light fittings etc). The work was amazing and the lads couldn’t have been friendlier to my partner and pets. Always on time, offered advice and made suggestions on what to do. James and the team undertook all the first and second fix electrical work on our complex barn conversion project. From the initial quote to the final certification the quality of their work was outstanding. The nature of the project meant design decisions had to be made in real time, something James excelled at, making it easy for us as the customer to understand and buy in to. Matt and Charlie’s workmanship, attention to detail and can do attitude is excellent. I cannot praise the team highly enough and would recommend them unreservedly.

James carried out some work in my bathroom, adding much needed heating (infrared heating panel) and upgrading my bathroom in line with the rest of my smarthome. My bathroom is fully tiled, so I thought there would need to be cables showing but James was able to come up with a solution to fit everything, with no cables showing (also without needing to damage/cut any tiles). He finished the work within the time frame given and was very neat & tidy, with no mess. Very professional and a nice guy too, highly recommended.

I have been with this dentist for quite a while & have always received great service but this week the dentist went above & beyond for us. Our 7 year old son came off his scooter and chipped his adult tooth, over 45% had gone. The dentist spent so much time & care on repairing the tooth with composite bonding. He did everything in his power to make sure we (the parents) were happy with the work completed. He spent a long time with us and was very patient when answering our questions - we queried that there was a slight colour difference in the bonding & Oscar’s next tooth and the dentist thoroughly explained the reasons why (fluorosis in existing tooth). As a private patient I was expecting to pay a significant amount for Oscar’s repair but to our surprise we didn’t have to pay anything!! Amazing place, credit to the reception staff & dental nurse too. Recommended to everyone.

Absolutely amazing dentist! My son was very anxious about having a procedure today but Hatem was brilliant with him and made him feel much more at ease. Great experience from start to finish. Really helpful advice when planning our solar installation. The two day install went well. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Optimum Electrics added battery storage to our existing Solar PV installation. After some research I chose SunSynk products. I had choices of local installers but selected Optimum Electrics because their quote was the most competitive and I felt that I was dealing with competent and knowledgeable people. There was a small hiccup at install, rectified the following day, and the system has performed flawlessly since installation. The addition of batteries hasn't compromised our ability to benefit from FIT payments, which was an important consideration, and it works alongside our Solar iBoost installation, which heats water when we're net exporting power. The data I've collected since installation in March confirms that we've seen, over summer, a 65% reduction in electricity consumption. The system is easy to control and monitor and I will alter some settings as autumn approaches and daylight hours reduce. We're very happy with this addition to our home.

We made an enquiry to have some electrics installed around the house, they came out to us and gave an intensive quote covering all the items that we wanted installing and exchanging. We were sent a quote and agreed to this, a week later all the work was completed, the staff arrived on time and were very polite. Once all the work was completed they left my property as found and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone and if the need comes up again i would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you to the 2 installers and the lady that came out and gave us the quote.

Tried today and I wasn’t disappointed. The owner asked if I had ever tried his food before and when I said no, he said that I was going to be impressed!! A bold statement bandied about by many establishments but in this case it was backed up with, as they say the proof is in the eating and boy you could taste the commitment and dedication to his craft with every bite. Soft juicy melt in the mouth chicken shish and lamb shish combo. With rice , salad and bread, more than enough for one hungry man and a joy to have on my plate. Boss man keep doing what you do, you are simply the best kebab shop in the deepings

What lovely staff in this little hidden gem of a place. Very clean, very friendly and most of all their food was delicious and the salad was so fresh.😋 We got given some Turkish tea while we waited for our food to be cooked. Can't wait to visit again.

This was my first time trying this place and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I had heard great things about the food and it absolutely lived up to the recommendations. Ordering online was straightforward and I was able to select my preferred collection time, which was very convenient. The food itself was outstanding—full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The wrap I ordered was filled with fresh, crisp salad, halloumi and mushrooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming when I collected. I’m already looking forward to ordering again—thank you for a wonderful meal!

Amazing place Very good food, so tasty. All our family enjoyed it. Unfortunately they forgot to put sauces and one portion of kebab (and I didn’t check it on collection). They are new there and it was very busy, I am pretty sure they will be great next time. Definitely will order again. Our portions were big (meat, salad, Turkish bread). Everything was fresh, delicious. Personal very friendly. Wish this business good luck! Will be back soon x

I was being messed around by a 'Emergency Breakdown' Insurance Company who said they couldn't attend for 7-10 days, even though they knew I had an electrical fault, which was a potential fire hazard! I rang Vince at Fletton Electrics and he attended afternoon to assess the problem and make it safe. A new hard-wired appliance was ordered and he fitted it a couple of days later. Excellent clean and tidy service and I was more than happy with the price charged, (price was given upfront). Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping his number close by for future use :-)
