Amazing from start to finish. Explained how anxious I was and the dentist explained what she was going to do and if it was okay to carry on so I wouldn’t panic. Made me feel completely at ease and comforted. Definitely made it easier to come back for another appointment!

The staff are very welcoming and put you at ease, they talk through what they are doing and keep asking you if you are OK, which makes it an overall pleasant experience (to say your going to the dentist lol 😂) I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone. many thanks to all the staff

Last summer, my house was renovated by Links Home Improvement Ltd. Flooring and electricity works, floodlight installation and some repairments. We had good communication in work. Manager, Ashley, provided many valuable suggestions and sharing experience to us. This company did the work well and with reasonable price. Highly recommended.

A true breath of fresh air within the area. The small team at Shire Veterinary Services is efficient and caring, putting the animal at the forefront of its actions. The knowledge of the team shines. They've gone above and beyond to come to see my border collies and sort out medication collection promptly. The quality of the service is outstanding at such a reasonable price.

Really happy with the care we received today for our dog who had become ill in the night. We were given an appointment very quickly and felt that our dog was treated with genuine care and compassion. We really like the home visit approach, especially having had nervous dogs in the past who would have benefitted from this. We were also reassured by the approach to follow-up care and willingness to provide advice. The practice is a really positive addition to the area and we will definitely use them in future if needed.

Lovely to meet our new vet and nursing assistant for our first home visit after recently moving to the area. They took their time to get to know our rescue dog and gain his confidence before proceeding with his annual health check and booster vaccines. I was very happy with how well they gently managed him. They even managed to coax him onto the scales for weighing. A rare feat for our anxious boy!

We desperately needed a vet to put our old poppy to sleep who had been extremely unwell. Our usual vet cancelled the home visit due to an emergency so at 17.30 we were left to find an alternative provider - and thankfully we spoke with The Shire Vets. Despite the extremely short notice, they made the time to see us at 8pm to help our lovely poorly dog sleep. Mihai and Ciprian were extremely kind, courteous, helpful and great communicators throughout this difficult process. I can't recommend them enough. When you need them, they are there ready to support you and your pet and that's worth its weight in gold.

Never been a fan of the dentist but every step of my journey for a better smile has been discussed and explained making sure I was 100% happy with what was happening. I had a brace on with this practice. Very happy with the outcome. I’m 38. Was seen to every 6 weeks for 2 years. Always got seen to quickly. They would squeeze me in if a bracket came off and something was bothering me. Gave me retainers to wear at night and teeth whitening all in the price. Uns and the staff are great.

A good Dental practice is actually run by the Receptionists as they are the first port of call. The girls that were working yesterday, the 3rd October, are outstanding at their positions they are normally on reception when I have an appointment. Either by phone or in person they literally cannot do enough to help. So polite, friendly, definitely any nerves you may have they put you at ease. Can I recommend you listen to them either on the phone or when a patient is in front of them. Their tone never changes, always so bright and cheerful, they understand the world of a receptionist, ‘You may have seen 90 people a day! You have your own worries! However you treat ALL your patients as though they are the first person you spoke to all day’ outstanding. The practice is so bright and spotlessly clean. Giving patients a message as soon as they enter, you care. The only negative about the waiting area there is no privacy for a delicate conversation. Maybe patients could be made aware that a room is available for this purpose if required? As for myself! I am a very nervous patient with several health issues! My dentist is Hannah, yay without whom I would not have come this far. Thank you for all your understanding, kindness and patience that you show me at each visit. You are constantly busy, your days are always full. But when I’m with you I have never been made to feel that you’re not interested in me or my feelings, never feel rushed, only genuine concern is shown making me feel you don’t have any other patients waiting. Your Nurses are wonderful too. Huge smiles and kindness throughout.ALL staff that I see whilst there are very pleasant too. They always say hello and smile. All in all I consider myself very lucky to be with you all at Bottesford Dental Practice and a huge THANK YOU goes out to each and every one of you. Hilary Dickinson Hillz

I’m not a big fan of reviews as these can be misleading sometimes but this is a really review. I've recently had 18x 435 solar panels fitted by EER Ltd along with a 7.5 Solax hybrid inverter and 3 x 5.2kw IP rated Solax Triple power batteries. From start to finish the job has been floorless and from the initial consultation with Joe we agreed the price as per the quotation and an installation time scale. Joe and his installation team did a great job, Joe answered all my technical question of how the system would work the whole system was fitted in under 3 days for the full installation. After the install Joe then set up the system and explained the more complex options with the inverter and how to change settings like timers for charge rates and export etc through the Solax App. What I liked about EER Ltd was Joe’s personal touch from the start dealing with the DNO application form at no extra cost to making sure we would be compliant due to the size of the installation, he also highlighted what I can expect from the system and how it would perform and how all the information will be shown on our app. Initially I was unsure at first about choosing EER Ltd due to it been a big investment but it seems to have been a great choice and the system has already giving fully off grid usage for around two weeks now. All in all I'm happy with the system and I'm confident that we will be less dependent on the grid and become more Self-sufficient.

Excellent customer service. Nothing was too much and even worked on a bank holiday to ensure our electric gates were operational asap. Work was neat and made sure area was clean before leaving. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family! Top quality service 5*’s!

We visit this cafe about 4-5 times a year when take our caravan in/out of storage locally. It has never disappointed. The coffee is excellent as are the small selection of cakes. Today we had brunch - the portions and food quality were great, worth every penny. You can’t go wrong here.

Found this little gem of a cafe while on a nice sunny day drive in the wolds. I had a full English breakfast and my wife had eggs royalle both were top notch. Staff were friendly and attentive and welcomed us and Rosie our cockapoo with smiles as if we were regulars.

Was looking for a coffee and a sausage bun whilst out for a drive. The cafe is part of the caravan park, but open to everyone. Lovely staff, fast and friendly service and very clean. No actual Wolds View from the cafe, but I guess you can't have everything 🤭
