Have been with The Hair and Beauty Room for over 10 years. Great lady & goes above & beyond to please her clients. Gives great advice & does many things like colours, cuts etc & many other beauty procedures..Waxing, henna brows, nails..Great.

Typical café food, but the lady serving is great. She did the eggs exactly how we like them. Cheap and cheerful. Friendly clients. I've been there twice now and will probably go again! Yup! We went AGAIN. Fantastic!

Wonderly friendly family run business with superb home cooked food, we're a regular because it's just so good! Innovative ideas and additional menu items which are always exceptionally tasty, especially the home cooked deserts! Great decor, both comfy & charming. The couple who run Retro are a pleasure to see and chat with.

Lovely little cafe with great food, nice decor and friendly service. I had the large breakfast which was cooked perfectly and my Husband did the Fat Boy breakfast challenge. Great value too.

This lovely little practice is such a gem! The staff are all so so nice and you can tell how much they care for the animals. There seems to be great communication between all the staff. Hetty is so clear with everything she is doing, really listens to you about your pet and explains things so well. They really do everything possible to help and make you feel comfortable, even in stressful situations. Will not be going anywhere else!

As soon as we knew Hetty was opening her own independent practice we immediately registered our border collie (Pearl) with the clinic, even though its further for us to travel. Pearl has just been spayed by this practice and the care she received was exceptional. We highly recommend this practice and welcome a new independent veterinary practice that is open and honest about their prices and extremely competitive.

Brilliant vets, nice people, obviously it's a business but they are not all about the money, they give great advice and are very honest, sadly are pug marley got put to sleep this week, but they was brilliant and if we decide to get another dog in the future it will only go to this vets, also gave is a paw print in a photo frame to remember him, which was a lovely touch, many thanks james x

Today after a while of trying to get a urine specimen from my dog I got it took straight to the vet. Now results has shown that she is clear of anything nasty. On the correct food and a good vet onward we go. Thank you Hetty and staff for your help. Not only does the vet look after our pets but our pockets too. Thanks again x

We can not thank Hetty and her team enough for the speedy care of our Tia. She had major surgery today for pyometria and came home with a wagging tail. The care and service we received was highly professional, not to mention going above and beyond to make sure all was taken care of for us. Moved appointments around to fit us in. We will be registering our other 2 dogs and are more than happy to travel to receive such great care from a great practice. Staff are all lovely, and the prices are amazing too, which is an added bonus. Thank you all again so much from the bottom of our hearts. See you soon xxx

Just popped into get something to eat ...absolutely superb. Easy to park up just after Sutton bridge as I'm a trucker . Short walk to the Chippy. Chips were pipping hot and crispy. Battered sausage was excellent also . Good portion size and well priced. Will call in again for my weekly treat . Highly recommend 👌

We are on holiday and called in, had the best cod and chips with mushy peas and curry sauce. Hubby said the best curry sauce ever!! We are full now. Will be back when in the area again.

Called in for some lunch what an amazing fish and chip shop ordered the haddock what was cooked to perfection chips were amazing to also the curry sauce had quite a bite to it call in to this lovely friendly chip shop you will not be disappointed will be calling back for more 😋

Stopping in Sutton Bridge for a couple of nights, went to the Top Shop Chippy for tea. Steak pie and chips were lovely - definitely recommend. Nice area with benches across the road.

Tried to get fish & chips from here on a weekend not too long after they'd opened and it was too busy, queues out the door, so we gave up, and tried again on a Thursday evening - much quieter this time. Ordered a large cod and my God, I think I received Shamu - it was enormous! Really tasty fish, with a little help from my boy we got through it! Chips were lovely, and kids enjoyed chicken nuggets. The curry sauce was fantastic too - thicker and tastier than most we've had. Staff were friendly too. We'll definitely be back.

Ross is an excellent plumber, but above all else, is professional, courteous, accommodating and very reasonably priced. He did a wonderful job at my home with a new shower room and water filters. Offered advice and suggested places to obtain the shower, sink, units and filters which saved me considerable money. I would strongly recommend Ross for any of your plumbing or light building works. Amazing service. Both staff were very chatty and welcoming with lovely manners. The service I got was perfection. Natalie spent a lot of time on my hair with close attention to detail. I didn't feel rushed, I felt like they really wanted to get my hair right. I was brunette before with faded blond ends and naturally have dry hair, but they haven't damaged my hair with the highlights. Instead it's glossy with all dead ends trimmed off. I got the perfect blonde I wanted! Highlight recommend. This is my first time here as well as I would go back in a heartbeat if it wasn't for me relocating up to Cumbria. Thank you so much ladies 💓

Visited Snax twice now. Absolute wonderful staff, they happily chatted, made us feel very welcome. Snax is around 20 seats inside, with seating outside too. Very clean, well decorated. Can def recommend Gill's homemade angel cake, delicious! So light and fluffy. We also had a bacon and egg butty and frothy latte. Look forward to visiting again soon

This is a gem of a foodery.. the breakfast is absolutely delicious every time..the chef certainly cooks from the heart. Being a very fussy eater, esp with breakfasts , I have to say I leave nothing...amazing quality, fantastic price..wonderfully friendly..superb..you need to see for yourself.

Absolutely 1st class service from Josh. Had three heating emergencies, two needing call outs and one that was dealt with through step by step phone instruction. Such a professional and pleasant man, the jobs were carried out efficiently and cleanly. He was recommended by my neighbor, who also had nothing but good things to say. I can’t recommend Josh highly enough! He is such a nice chap and most importantly trustworthy. Josh is very reliable and reasonably priced. Nothing is too much trouble either. Josh has such a nice nature, very calming and with a relaxed tone. He has helped us out in emergencies and is so reliable and we have used him on multiple occasion's.

I've been a customer of Josh's for a few years now, having used a few other local plumbers / heating engineers before him, and highly recommend him. He's polite, thorough, pragmatic, turns up when he says he will and doesn't assume you actually own the oil well your oil comes from so charges reasonable rates. He's a rare gem!
