I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. My call was picked up straight away and he arrived at my house promptly. A new lock was fitted and he even sorted out a faulty window hinge at no extra cost, with useful advice given. Brian's contact details are now saved in my phone, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on his services again if needed. Polite, friendly and very helpful. I would happily recommend Brian.

Enquired for additional key cutting however Brian advised my current locks didn't meet fire regulations (being a commercial building) and also could easily be snapped. Promptly replaced with anti snap locks and new internal twist locks. Great service from Brian, highly recommended.

Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked. I could believe how helpful Brian was he tried to FaceTime me to try help but then realised he needed to come out. He was here within 45 mins!! Fixed the door and was so helpful and friendly. After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

Many thanks to Nigel for an excellent job! I had a "blown" window in a large bedroom window frame, and a side window which was not closing properly. I had not used Nigel before, but when I contacted him, he came out within a day and surveyed the issues, ordered the glass and hinge, and completed the job the following week. The job was finished within 2 hours - no fuss or bother! What's good about Nigel is that he knows his trade. He keeps you in the loop so you know what's going to happen, and when. Good old fashioned Customer Service! Also, his fees were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Nigel!

Fantastic service. I live in a tall Victorian house and in the recent gales a pane of glass blew out of an upstairs window - not an easy job to deal with. This window has now been repaired and I was more than impressed with both the service and with the quality of work - and all at a very reasonable price too. Cannot recommend them enough.

Nigel did an excellent job of replacing blown panels and servicing door locks etc when I contacted him for help. He arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and was very polite and pleasant. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Our front door lock seized and we couldn't exit the house via the front door. A quick trip to C&J and they couldn't have been more helpful. I popped in at 12.30pm and by 3.30pm I had a new locking system installed. Customer service at its very best. Highly recommended.
