After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.

I gave the gentleman a call this morning and he was with me within less than half an hour, we had a supplier snap a key off in our door over night and he came straight out and had it sorted for us within an hour of calling him, went above and beyond replaced the whole mechanism for us and also altered the locks on the door to stop this issue happening again. will be recommending to everyone i know. thankyou very much for you speedy and professional service.

I accidently locked my keys in the boot whilst on Holiday, luckily Huttoft Auto locksmiths services came to the rescue within the hour. With great patience and knowledge he was able to figure out the correct key combination what seemed a very tricky Ford lock. 10/10 I would recommend his service. Cannot rate Nigel highly enough, absolute saviour. My wife's car was stranded in the middle of nowhere after she snapped her key in the lock. One call to Huttoft Services, and we had a new, programmed and fully functioning ignition key within 2 hours, after the dealership told us it would be 10 days minimum. Issue with the ignition in one of our work vans. Called in the morning, explained and said I would drop it off to be seen as going to a near by village. After dropping off, completed within a couple of hours and picked up the repaired lock on my way back through. Polite, professional and responsive. Had issues with my BMW coupe, ignition, steering lock and flatening battery, nobody seemed to want to help, one garage had it a day and said they had no idea what was causing it and being an older car didn't want another mortgage through main dealer. Got in touch with DK who said they would have a look, and soon diagnosed and rectified at what I think was very reasonable price. Now everything works as it should including the start stop which hasn't since I bought it! Will definitely use again.

After failing to get my car key working at Timpsons and being advised that my key may need re-programming I was given Bryan’s number by my local go to garage. Bryan arrived at my house within 10 minutes of me sending him a picture of my key, fixed both of my car keys by simply changing the batteries and in the end didn’t even charge me ALL because I made him a cup of tea with biscuits.
